    I ordered a powder for consumption with misleading advertising. After looking up the chemicals in the product, I found there are several harmful additives in the product, one of which being high risk. I contacted the company to return the item, unopened, for a refund wherein they refused and said they will not refund my money, only store credit. I do not want products with harmful chemicals. They said even if I return it, they will not give me my money back regardless of whether it is opened.

    I contacted Customer support because I received notification that my order had been delivered but I never received it. I was told they would look into it and never heard back. This is an order I already paid for. I have emailed at least 5 times and no one responds. To date I have not received my order or any attempt to resolve the issue. I have received ALL other packages from other senders.

    I believe that your company is engaged in false advertising and this is deceptive and misleading and unethical. I feel cheated and I'm unhappy with my order. I thought that product was included with the welcome **** I would never have made the purchase if I had known that product was not included with the welcome kit. I do not want the welcome kit and you can have it back if you want it.

    KACHAVA *********************. $127.39 they just keep sending us their product and we do not want it. We asked to send it back and get a refund and they said we can only get store credit. We do not want store credit

    I have been ordering from this company for years. I have a monthly subscription. The last order that I received was a new bag and a different formula. I was not made aware of any changes to this product. The taste and nutritional value has changed and the product is now very disappointing. I am unable to drink it now. I was told that I would have to pay to send the product back, but the product I received was not the same as the product I have received over the last 2 years. I asked them to send a return label but they refused. They should not be allowed to send a different product without notifying the customer.

    The company changed their product, Ka'Chava, to a completely different formula. They deceptively did not make customers aware of the change. They refuse to refund for unopened, unused product for their customers who have been ordering for years and were not made aware of these significant product changes. The company just automatically started shipping the different product with not acknowledgement or notification that the product was no longer the same.

    I purchased this product ONE time. I did NOT want a subscription. I was charged the next month and sent another box of this stuff that I don't need or want so I called them to return it. I was told I can have a store credit NOT a refund. I do not want it. I am returning the product for a refund because I don't want it. This is not how you do business. If you return something you get a refund not more of the something you don't want. These people are unethical thieves and they need to provide a refund.

    I sent this product back. The tracking number from the **** is 9534 6158 4988 4239 9568 31. They are refusing to give me a refund only a store credit. I don't want their product.

    Date of Transaction - August 7, 2024 Amount Paid - 1`19.90 Services to be provided was shipment of Protein Powder Nature of the dispute - I have called, emailed and chatted with this company and they have not been able to ship the product. They in their advertising and on their website 3-5 days receipt of product. It has now been 9 days and they have not even shipped the product despite sending me false emails that it has been shipped. Deceptive trade practices.

    On 5/19/23, I was charged $289.87 for 1 box of chocolate bars & 4 bags of shake mix from Kachava (Tribal Nutrition). I did not receive the order as it was not fulfilled by Kachava. I have a screenshot of my order history showing this order # in pending status as opposed to delivered status. I have another screenshot of what appears when I click on "track order" that states my order is confirmed & I will receive an email when it is ready. I checked my credit card statements to see if a refund was issued and it was not. I called Kachava on 5/4/24 and was told I would be given a refund. I have corresponded with the company via email since then and have been given nothing but the runaround. Kachava said they could not refund me but agreed to send a replacement order. They did not send the replacement order and now they say they cannot send it. I let them know I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau unless they sent the replacement order. They refused and said they were sorry things didn't work out to meet my expectations.

    On May 13th I received an email reminder Kachava would process my 60day subscription order. ************************************************** I knew I would be traveling so wouldn't be there for the order AND I needed my funds for the travel so I logged into their website, and used their change order option to push this order back to when I'd be back, Aug 30, 2024. The website confirmed Aug 30th date (I didn't think to take a screenshot of it) but as you can see I logged in because they sent me a code. ************************************************** But on May 16th Paypal notified me that the company placed the order anyway (overdrawing my bank account)************************************************** ************************************************** I immediately contacted the company and spoke to a CSR who refused to cancel the shipment and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. In fact she lied to me that it had already been shipped even when I showed her from their website that the order had only been pulled and a label created but was not at **** ************************************************** I was told they would not cancel the order (I subsequently canceled this subscription). I filed a complaint with PayPal, canceled the subscription order there but the company already took my money and refuse to refund me or cancel the order when it was plenty of time to do so. I told her that I WILL NOT be there to collect this package to return it for refund that is why I need it canceled now. She continued to refuse to allow me to talk to a supervisor, escalate it to the next level and eventually hung up on me telling me there's nothing she can do. I request an immediate refund. I gave her all the info from Paypal to do so.

    I'm not surprised the company representatives refuse to respond to my complaint.  Thankfully, I made a claim with paypal on the day of the incident as well and provided Paypal the same info that I shared with you.  I've attached a copy of the screenshot email from Paypal showing they found in my favor and issued the refund.  Thank you for your assistance.
