The hospital is the worse they are only for profit! If they think their personal opinion that it may be the end they will not give no preventative care to try and say your loved ones! I will not rest until something is done with allowing this hospital to do this to our loves ones that are seen at the hospital! My mom is in the hospital with a stroke and has cancer they are doing the bare minimum for her and not trying any other options because of her age ! I will not let this go I will not stop until something is done!

My cousin has been hospitalized since 09.25.24 in intensive care for a ruptured AVM, the doctors consider it necessary to do an angiogram embolization and it is pending since 10.02.24 due to negligence in the 3D radiology equipment, today 10.07.24 they continue to be broken and without a positive response from the administration. I consider that the medical team is exceptional, but this is unacceptable in a patient who cannot be transferred to another hospital due to the critical condition in which she is; The only thing I ask is the solution to this problem, in the hope that she can return to life as she was.

Hi I'm Jason *******, me and my wife Nedra ********* took our daughter Amani *********-******* to the ER; to help figure out why she had a unusual seizure. The date was 4/27/2024. The front desk was told she had MS. The vital nuse was told she had MS, the ER physician was told she had MS. They took her vitals. They were told most of my daughter's medicine. I forgot 2 of them my wife tod them the other 2. After that was when they started asking her if she had any alchohol to drink or if she was on any drugs she said no on all of them. They even started asking her if she was pregnant, she said no. We even told them that they had her records on file. 2hrs in an still no iv but they took blood work and made her pee in a cup. All were found to be negative even on the pregnancy test. I have never see a bunch of professionals racial profile a 18 yr old girl. I have the account number plus the PA and the Physician. ***********. The Unit no *********. The Physician was Yazdani ******* MD, the Pa was Ralph ******* C. They treated us like we were drug addicts with nothing better to do. I'm just trying to get my daughter the help and answers she needs. Now I don't know were to take my family that we will get treated fairly.

MY MOTHER IS 82 YEAR OLD. MY MOTHER WAS IN HOSPITAL SHE WAS CALLING FOR HELP OF VERY BAD STOMACH PAIN. THEY DIDN'T COME FOR A LONG LONG TIME AND THEY RESTRAINT WITH STAPS AND IT AGAIN. THE LAW. SHE HAD BRUISE ON BOTH ARMS. I COMLAINT TO PATIENT RELATION DEPARTMENT. THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING. MY MOTHER WAS 82 YEARS OLD SHE WOULD NEVER HURT ANYBODY..SHE TOLD ME THERE MORE THEY DID TO HER.LIKE WHEN SHE CALLED TO GO THE BATHROOM THEY DON;T COME TO HELP. SHE HAD TO GO IN HER BED. SHE SAID SHE WOULD NEVER BE IN SUNRISE HOSPITAL AGAIN.THEY SAID CAN'T DO SURGERY AGAIN. WE TOOK HER HOME. SHE DIE 3 DAYS LATER.

My husband was brought by ambulance due to his hernia pain and vomiting. I waited an hr in the lobby just to be with him. Which due to the high amount of patients, I understood. What I didn’t understand, was the lack of bed side manor and care the doctors and nurses provided. He was seen by 3 different doctors. The first doctor pushed on his hernia near the triage and was called an ******* by the EMTs. The same doctor came into vta 11 again and provided the same treatment and made a snide remark under his breathe in regards to, ‘Let’s see if there is really any pain.’ The second and third doctors had amazing decorum and you can tell they genuinely care for their patients. I would say the main concern is the behavior of the nurses. I understand that they deal with situations I can only imagine and commend them for the work they do. It is a thankless job. However, what I cannot tolerate is the cursing and attitude you are beholden to as a patient. I heard the below statements made over a 5 hr period. ‘I can’t wait to get the **** out of here.’ ‘Ugh, I don’t want to help him. He smells.’ ‘I want to put his head in a microwave.’ ‘That ***** is rude.’ That is just a few of the behaviors I have witnessed. I am severely disappointed in the behaviors and mannerisms I have reviewed and hope that there can be better training and review of policy. I wonder if it was their family admitted would they want them to be treated here?

On Friday November 11 my 90 year old father was brought in through the er by ambulance for a stroke and infection. They proceeded to run blood tests on him then neglected him the rest of the evening. When I got there I noticed that he was laying in his own urine and his Iv had burst and he was bleeding all over himself and the bed. I politely informed a doctor **** tag said student and he went and told a nurse. The nurses then ignored our request to have him cleaned up and have his iv fixed. An hour went by and we asked the same student doctor. He again went and informed the nurse. Again we were ignored. *********************************************************************************** They were chatting and giggling and again ignored us and my father. I then made. Comment TO MY FATHER that hopefully soon they will care about his care. The male nurse overheard me and proceeded to come over threw my fathers arm up vigorously and tell me it was all dried blood now and no big deal (because it had sat there for so long) he then got in my face screamed at me said derogatory remarks to me made a huge scene in front of all those patients threatened me and had me physically removed from my father by security (or so he threatened) all because I didnt want my elderly father to lay in his own filth.at one point in told him to back off because as a female I felt physically threatened. Ive never seen such unprofessionalism in my life nor have I ever been so disrespected. That male nurse has no business in healthcare treating a stray dog let alone sick people. Then to seperate me from my father when he had a possible stroke is just unfathomable. Thank you ***************************
