    This business is false advertising things and prices, i only even considered this business because they were giving a very low price through groupon, after attemping to pay for some services in advanced and then finding out I cant use none of the services they switched all the prices to keep majority of the money for something i never even used!

    Hello,
    Thank you for sharing your feedback. To clarify, our pricing is transparently posted in the clinic, on our menu, and online on platforms like *******, where the client initially saw and purchased her deal. Upon arrival, she chose to upgrade to a package at a lower price per session, which is available to clients purchasing multiple sessions. However, if a client decides to cancel the package after partially using it, the standard per-session rate applies for any completed sessions rather than the discounted package rate.
    The client also received a refund to her credit card for the majority of her purchase amount, covering the unused portion of her package. Although our cancellation policy, which the client signed, states that refunds are not provided, we made an exception in this case to issue a refund for services not rendered.
    According to our policy, if a client disputes charges, we are typically required to send the case to collections to recover the payment as per our agreement. However, in this instance, we chose not to pursue collections as a courtesy to the client. Additionally, we communicated all relevant information to the third-party company involved, who reviewed and closed the case, confirming that the client was responsible for services received.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I went in with the only intention on receiving one service one time! I kept getting pushed into a corner to buy a palace deal which I did not want, and the employee there kept saying that I need a certain amount for anything to show, advising me to run my credit for care credit which I had no clue what it was or how it worked because what the response is stating was not advised to me at the time, no partial service was done. All amount should of been refunded. This company is horrible, and just want any form to try and *** people of their money by telling them one session isnt enough and forcing me to open a line of credit I am now stuck with.
