            Purchased a costume via the website - received confirmation notice 10/19/2024 with order #****. October 22, 2024 received email that my order had shipped. Any items ordered before Oct 22, 2024 were supposed to arrive before Halloween. Item did not arrive and went a different route and intended on keeping the costume for a xmas present. On Nov 5, 2024 received an email from HavenandHartley requesting a review of the item. At this point attempted to reach out to them several times and every time the site was not found and email delivery failed. Currently have filed a dispute with my financial institution and will continue to make efforts to receive my money back until I have it .

            I purchased a Halloween costume on Oct 19, 2024 for my child and never received it. The $64.99 purchase came out of my account the same day of purchase. I have emailed 2 separate emails for this business and have not heard a word back. If i click on my order confirmation through my email it wont load the website. Its like they went *** after Halloween.

            Hello! I purchased (order 2119) a Halloween costume for my daughter on 10/18. The website said guaranteed Halloween deliver for that costume from 10/21-10/24. I got a notice on 10/22 that my order was shipping but no tracking number. I emailed on 10/29 and no response. I emailed on 10/31 as well. The email comes back as undeliverable. Now today is Halloween and I dont have a costume for my daughter and am out $45. I would like my money refunded. The entire website is gone now as well. ***********************************

            Placed an order on the 15th of October for a costume for my daughter for Halloween, with the estimated delivery date of the 17th-21st of october. Have sent 6 emails since the 22nd. Absolutely no response. Turns out there are hundreds of customers who have also been scammed by this company in just this month. They have listed fake 5 star reviews on all sites selling Haven and Hartley costumes.

            I placed these 2 orders because they advertised they would be delivered by a certain date. I paid 9.99 twice to have them in time. Not only have they not arrived and it is days past their delivery date but they have not even shipped yet. I have reached out to the company many of times with no response back

            I placed an order #**** on October 6th. When ordered I was informed it would be shipped in 2 days. This business does not have a contact phone number only an email which indicates takes 2-3 days to respond. I sent an emailing inquiring about the ***** dollar kids Chucky costume on 10/17, 10/18 and 10/20 without a response at all. Their shipping information is through some SHOP app which again provides no updated information. I dont know how to contact them further to get a refund considering its been 18 days from the original purchase date and I needed it by 10/25 in which I ordered in an adequate amount of time. They processed and took my money and I did not receive the product nor a response from the company.
