  Please what ever you do don't use these people. I called this company to have my car repaired a co worker gave me the number.They told me they will come out on Saturday at 10:00 AM and they did. The guy name was *****. He looked at my car did a diagnostic check and told me my radiator had a leak which it think it did because my car started running hot. He wrote up the price of $887.99 and told me that, my deposit was $437.99 that he was going to go and get the part. I gave him the deposit and an extra $200 which made it be $640.00 in total. which left me with a total balance of ****** remaining he left and told me he would be back around 1 o'clock that he had to go and get the radiator from auto zone,I called him at 2 o'clock. He told me that they made a mistake and put the radiator on the truck and that the truck was making 52 stops to be exact .about 4 o'clock, I called again told me he was still waiting which at that point I knew was a lie. I called several times throughout the day. No one came ***** got to the point where he stop answering my phone calls. And this other person started answering the phone I think his name is **** but every time I ask his name he talk over me and wouldn't answer that question.One time I called again and asked his name it was *** but yet same voice i kept calling days on end with no response lie. After lie they ran off with my money, never fixed my car, I am very angry. I went to the police station to try to file a police report. They told me this was a civil matter they are scammers and ripoffs. I wish I had never met these people.They are very dishonest ***** #************ and the house they are working out of #************ they have a website also www.Rapidmobilemechanics.com,info@RapidMobileMechanics.com I have a receipt #***** I asked for a refund they tell me about all kind of fees I would have to pay that would leave me with getting back $ ****** no were in my paperwork.
