MMA Digital Corp. aka. MeetMyAge are complete scammers. They've designed a Dating websites using Fake Profiles and AI generated chatbots to coerce users to submit Credit Card information with false hopes of meeting someone. Once you "Agree" to their User Policy, MeetMyAge will proceed to claim Unauthorized payments from user Credit Card thru the users accounts. This online platform needs to be shut down and the creators should be made public of their disgraceful ethnic and held accountable.MMA Digital Corp Response

Dear Don **, We appreciate your honest feedback and ask you to carefully check the information below. According to our records, you purchased our 6-month Premium subscription with a 50% discount for 79,99 USD on December 9, 2024. Later, on the same date, you also made the payment for the 6-month Premium Gold subscription for 184,99 USD. Right after that, you contacted our Customer Support Team with the refund request and agreed to the partial refund 75% offer, so you were provided with the partial refund of 138,75 USD as well as a 12-month subscription on our platform. The next day, you purchased our 2950 credits package for 39,90 USD and contacted our Support Team with the refund request for the second time, so you were provided with the parietal refund of 50% - 19,95 USD and 1500 credits were left in your account balance. As for now, you’ve been provided with a full refund for all payments that you made on our platform. Please note that the payments can be initiated by the user only. You also used PayPal to make the payments on our platform, so unauthorized transactions are impossible in this case. As for the fake accounts and AI issues, we have not received any complaints from you regarding those cases. Our Moderation Team constantly works to ensure a genuine and safe communication experience. The automated anti-fraud system helps to introduce prompt measures for the profiles with potential fraud activity, so you can be sure the profiles are real. Hopefully I can avoid the money problems like the ones described below. But my issue is more with content. Most if not all of these profiles are bogus. If something is too good to be true--it probably is. Unbelievable numbers of matches. But nite that in chat several phrases repeat to keep you engaged. TELL MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU LIKE ABOUT ME....JUST KEEPINGBTHE CONVERSATION GOING. Try chatting up a person you believe WAY out of your league...almost immediate response. Not sure if AI or call bored center workers. One pop chat request claimed to like my description....I didn't enter one. This review prompted by another profile i checked which was worded and spcaed/formatted exactly as a seperate profile. Claimed to be a yoga instructor. Dude was a 275# lumberjack....the other "yoga instructor " was an obvious lifelong smoker....There's obviously a glitch in there matrix. 80% of my "matches" supposedly lived one neighborhood and all Unbelievabley attractive. Waaaaay too many of these "Liked" me. Just watch out for the fakes, too many to be random trolls. Don't get fooled. And MMA DIGITAL CORP....I'm sure you use this reveiws content to fix some of the glaring mistakes you've made. I regret that you can glean info that way. USERS WATCH OUT!!MMA Digital Corp Response

On April 29th. I entered your business. You charged me $1. as a trial. On the same day. For some reason, you charged me $22.64. After which I promptly canceled my subscription. But on May 6th you'd charge me another $70.69. I went to check on the. site on the site and it says That my premium. package was canceled, which I thought it was, but I should. Been given a refund. instead, you just blocked me off the site. At I had already paid for an extra month. Not by choice. I demand that you give me a refund. Immediately. The lady clients I found on your site are exactly the same as I found on the other sites. They are fake. and they're there to make you money. You will never meet them. They just tried to get you to talk and buy more tokens or whatever it is that you put out there for me to spend my money on. There is a special place in Hades. Dear William! Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Please note that it's not possible to charge your account for Premium Subscription automatically with cancelled status. We checked all the billing history and found that you purchased 7-days trial on 27 of April and after 7 days were charged for the full monthly package. You cancelled the subscription a couple of hours after the charge for a monthly package. You can check it in your PayPal account or profile on Meetmyage.com. Also, we checked all the information regarding charge for $22.64. As far as I can see, you have purchased a +1550 credits package on 27 of April immediately after trial purchase. Please note that it wasn't recurring payment, but user initiated purchase for additional functionality. You spent 1120 credits from 1550, and you can find this information in Billing history on Meetmyage.com. You have contacted our Customer Support Team 17 days after the payment, while our Policy state that we can refund during the 7 days after the payment. Also, we could do an exception for 14 days, but for 17 days it's not possible. We could try to find the best solution for you, but we never receive the response to our messages in Online Chat. Very poor experience, signed up for a 7 day trial period and I was charged 69.99 afterwards and I was not able to get back my money considering I forgot that I had a trial period. I was able to cancel the membership and I was charged a second charge of. 99c I think the way they are doing business is very unprofessional and the public needs to knowMMA Digital Corp Response

Dear Tracy!
I hope you are doing well. We checked your billing history and found that you have only one successful payment for the trial ($0,99) on Sep 13, 2023. Therefore, after 7 days, your subscription is supposed to be extended to a monthly package, as clearly stated in our rules that you agreed during the trial purchase. However, the payment was declined by your bank, and after the second attempt your Premium Subscription was canceled automatically, and there are no possible charges from your account.

As far as I can see, you have never canceled your Premium Subscription. You contacted our support team one day ago, but you didn't respond to our letter that required cancellation as it says in that letter. Also, you could cancel your subscription to your account at any moment.
