0 /STARS .This complaint is specifically for the Cheyenne Location LV,NV. Our daughter has a foot injury. Our doctor sent over a referral and advised that it can take 10-30 minutes for the referral to be received and it was being sent STAT (immediate request) . I waited the alloted time calling back at 3:45pm and the referral was sent over at 3:13pm so that I could be certain the referral was received. The front desk representative asked my daughter's name, and date of birth. She also asked if she was a new patient and the name of the insurance. All of which I provided. She advised me that the first available appointment would be Friday and to verify the appointment she would have to confirm insurance. I raced home as I did not have the member number while she placed me on hold for a significant amount of time. I grabbed my daughter's insurance card and waited for the representative to come back on the line which was 3:58 pm and I was told and it shows online that office closes at 4:00pm Monday through Friday. She still stated it would be Friday but there will be no appointment scheduled until verifying insurance. My husband called minutes later after arriving home and me explaining the conversation and the next representative was able to complete a profile and schedule an appointment for the following day. He provided the same exact information. This definitely stuck me as unprofessional and misleading as I was told that neither the Windmill or Cheyenne office had an openings until Friday not to mention I was placed on hold until right before closing time which definitely let me know that the representative wanted me to hang up so she didn't have to assist. I wouldn't dare recommend this place to family, friends, and/or my landscaper. As a customer who is simply trying to gain help for their child who is injured I would like to get truthful assistance and will to help. I hope that other parents do not have the similar dissatisfying/sexist experience. Thank you
