Horrible company!!! I paid almost $250 when I was only supposed to pay $99 like the add says, that’s false advertisement right there, I paid for 24 hour mail, didn’t get what I paid for until a weeks later. However, I cancelled the service after the 24 hour mark because I was not happy with Emotional Pet Support, they’re not BBB accredited, the cost was higher than I expected, and I went with a BBB accredited company that is a more trusted and reputable company. SARAH B. from EPA/ESA department has been harassing me and threatening me via email and making crazy false accusations against me that aren’t even true. She’s been emailing me at crazy hours of the night on a Sunday, what business does that? There’s a 100% refundable advertisement on their website, I got my money back, never used their letter never went with them period!!! This company sounds broke and desperate, not to mention, SARAH B. is acting like this is a personal problem by attacking me and threatening me. Not very business like at all. Do not go with this company because they’re false advertising and then when you want your money back they stalk you, threaten to turn you in for fraud to HUD and have you “permanently blacklisted” my attorney has already gotten a call. Don’t waste your time or money, I never even got speak to a real doctor unlike the company that I’m with now.
