    On January 13th I ordered a hedgehog cage off of HedgePop for $159.99. I messaged them a few days later asking for a delivery date and they responded saying they would keep me updated. However, since then I have not received any updates from this company about shipping nor an updated delivery date. I have tried to contact them via voicemail, email, and their website; however they will not respond. I told them that I would need a refund by the end of this week if I do not receive my order. Yet, I dont know how I would get a refund when they will not respond to me. My order number is #****

    We experienced an exponential growth in the last 12 months and this brought new providers, new services, new location and our e-mail hosting service was not an exception. Unfortunately, we had an outage with our servers and we had a delay on the incoming messages. That's the reason we offer a very kind apology for our late response but we responded back her email con 01/25/2023 at 3:12 pm.

    We are also aware about the mistake and want to assure you that we take your satisfaction seriously. We understand that it can be frustrating and inconvenient to receive the wrong size cage and we want to make sure we rectify the situation for you. We are processing your request for a return at no cost and we will also provide you with a full refund plus a compensation for any inconvenience this has caused.
