  The prsssure wash company was here to pressure wash sidewalks and blew debris all over my bmw paint sctraching it i confront the workers that did it qnd they say there just doin there job so i asked its ur job to do concrete or blow stuff on peoples cars and they say well the concrete were supposed to avoid cars and they continued to blow it off my car onto the car next to mine

Notices of service were posted in advance by the apartment community. Additionally, the team was actively working and visible providing you the opportunity to park elsewhere if you were concerned about the water in use. We do not use blowers, but water for site clean up. Therefore, we could not have blown debris as noted into your vehicle. I strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider as it would appear your vehicle may have been damaged elsewhere and you noticed it when our staff was at the property washing off the sidewalks. Your employee was on 2nd floor spray off the egde directed towards cars qnd the concrete cleaner is what hqs etched my paint you can go ahead and continue to lie qnd manipulate but i have it on a recorded phone call the complex told me on the phone there was no notices as well as pictures witnesses and evrything else i will need to pursue if you would like to continue i will continue on my end in full extent of vandalism Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/03/03) */ Mr. M***** Respectfully, the management team worked with our team to ensure notices were posted and areas requiring parking deferment were blocked off. As previously noted, you identified the staff was on site working and had the opportunity to move your vehicle if you were concerned about it getting overspray on it. This is a pressure washing company and we do not use etching chemicals. Please contact your car insurance provider for your claim as the damages you are indicating could not occur from walk ways being washed/cleaned. Thank you. Thats fine you can go qhead qnd continue to lie cuz i have recorded conversation of melissa the manager saying they didnt have the parking blocked off as well as witnesses and videos of it if u dnt want to take responsibility i will go to the next step Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/03/07) */ Mr. M***** Through this entire process there has been no proof of claims provided reflecting before and after condition of the vehicle, costs of repairs, etc. The only thing we have received is abusive calls and threats of further action. At this time based on the information we have, we will not assume responsibility. If you can provide proper back up/data, then we would be in a position to reconsider your request for repair. Until such time as that is received and verified, this matter will be closed on our end. Thank you
