    I hired this merchant to provide me with (custom size clock hands for my small business) I paid over $1,458.94 and left him 2 references on the exact sizes that I needed. Not only that, I also paid him for clock numbers, which were completely half fast and still had sticky stuff on them and he short handed me on the amount of each number and colors. Long story short, The merchant took inaccurate measurements, when my materials were available for pick up, he was ******* out to leave out of town. When I got home, none of the materials fit any they were all the exact same size. I even left both mechanisms with him and he measured them right in front of me for accurate sizing. Upon pick up they were all just one size. He then said thats OK, that Ill redo them because he was in aware that they were different sizes. A week later, I went back to pick up what I had already paid for and when I got home they still didnt fit! When I notified the merchant, That they were still too big he told me to that he doesnt know what to tell me but to just super glue them to the clock! how is that possible to superglue clock hands to a clock? ******** proceeded to tell me that he will no longer do business with me and that it is what it is and he shouldnt be out his materials because the fact that he didnt get it right. When I contacted my bank to do a dispute over the fact that I paid this merchant $1,458.94 my bank, they gave me the money back into my account. Once merchant found that I filed a dispute, He then text and threatened me that he has a great relationship with ***** and he will make sure he gets his money back. This is completely disgusting and not ok! The fact that the merchant made me pay for items that I cannot even use is beyond ridiculous and completely wrong! I paid for a service and for merchandise that I can never use, then was threatened by the owner (in writing/on text) and now held responsible for having to pay.This is a crime and shouldnt be legal!

    Business response

    Good evening,

    To whom it may concern,

      This customer , besides this complaint filed to you , also tried to charge back this amount to our company. Not to draw out a long explanation, bullets points are the following...

    This customer came to use with pre existing manufactured parts over seas, we informed her this would be an issue and she wanted to proceed anyways with her time constraints

    We retro fit 2 items for a custom clock motion box, hands and numeral numbers. All of the hands did not fit all as snug as she wanted them to and was not happy. We re made them at no charge and customer still was not satisifed. We finally settled on giving her more ***** numerals at no cost and did not hear from here for several months.

       Next thing we were informed by our credit card company she was trying to charge back the entire amount. In responding to the attempted charge back, we provided proof

    via email and text messages that our company was not at fault in any way shape of form. We also informed the bank that none of the merchandise had been returned and most

    likely used by the customer.  Since the customer's only complaint was the clock arms and not the numerals , an attempted charge back of ONLY the arms should have been submitted  . This in our eyes was  stealing , fraud and an illegitimate attempt at a credit card charge back. The final outcome was P & A Plastics did win the charge back

    and the customer did not receive a fraudulent claim. Not only did we have to respond to this complaint and a charge back attempt .... we also received a negative ****** review.

    This is all grounds for our attorney to get involved and files charges for slander.

    Thank you for your time in this matter .

    Sincerely,

    **** and ************************;

    P & A Plastics Inc
