  ******** published our company information and used our commercial name after we contacted them a few times to remove our page from their website, they didn't want to remove our company's page. They used it without any permission and let people write bad reviews without any verification, filters or control. We also registered a trademark, which they violate and do not accept this subject as an opt-out option from their website. They just use their power to control your data and take advantage of it. They just ruined our brand name and credit by letting every person to write what ever on his mind no limitation.

  Bizapedia has my business ******************* listed as inactive with my state and this is incorrect. It also has my name personally listed on their website. Bizapedia is using my two business profiles ******************* and **************** to generate ad revenue. I do not want my businesses *******************, ****************, or my name to be associated with Bizapedia in any manner.

  This company has posted at least two bussiness under my name and an old address I used to live at. I do not own any LLC and i have contacted them multiple times about how the **** posted under my name are Fraudulent and I am being impersonated yet nothing has been done and I have been given the same exact response everytime I have emailed. They do not offer any form of contact with a real person and only send generated messages through the only email made available for customer service. I am now recieving spam mail to my CURRENT address as well as my previous address as now my information that I did not legally release is on the internet. I have no idea what else to do to get these removed from the website or have any idea of who created these **** under my name as there is no listed form of contact or website for the ****.

  On 9/17 I changed my businesss registered agent from my personal name/address to a company, **************************** I have submitted two requests to Bizapedia to update their page with this information. The second one being on 9/24. Their submission suggests it can take up to 7 days to make a change.I have also tried contact directly. But so far no change has been made.I created a complaint with the BBB: #********. But it was closed due to insufficent information? I am available to provide any additional information requrired.I also wanted to clarify the terms here in your policy: After my Complaint is closed, the text of my Complaint may be publicly posted on the BBB website for up to ***** days (3 years). I may withdraw my consent to publish the text of my Complaint at any time by notifying BBB, although BBB will continue to count my Complaint in the total number of complaints against the business.I'm just seeking to know exactly what information will be posted. Obviously if my personal name is posted i conjunction with my company on BBB, and is easily googleable, then that is re-recreating the same issue. So happy to have this complaint publicized as long as specifc information is santized. Thank you!

I attempted to contact a representative at ************************** to assist with updating information using the State of Maryland Business Entity Search. I was not able to reach a representative at Bizapedia.

  ********* requires me to agree to the terms and conditions when making a request to have my private information of two of my LLCs removed from their webpages. I refuse to agree to their terms and conditions when I am making a simple request and not using their service. This poses a major problem to me because I cannot have my private information removed.

  This company publicly stole my information and posted it without my permission, not only my home address of where i live but also my full name my EIN number everything as far as my business is on their website and its not just me that they have done this to their is 387+ complaints against this company for this specific reason, I want my information off their website for my safety.   and any further damages from posting my information will be a liable to Bizapedia. That is this business's choice for financial risk

  On 09/19/2024 at 1:40pm, It appears that Bizapedia did remove my personal information associated with NearerBeing in the Search Engine Optimization Results web page. Thank you for understanding. I appreciate you being concerned that I have experienced a great deal of identity theft using my personal information. Most recently, on 09/18/2024, someone attempted to use my identity using my full name by creating an email account. I have had student loans "billed" in my name in the amount of ******+ and more occurences. This is why I take my personal information seriously. I wish your business and advertising well.   The company publicly displayed my personal information (full name, address, company name) without my permission. Compamy endorsing to signed an agreement with them to resolve this matter via their site which will allow them to display my private information.   Unfortunately, I cannot remove or request any changes via your website, unless I signed an agreement that prevent me from a legal action against you, as your webpage is enforcing the agreement. 

  Your organization displayed my older company which was closed as well as current. Therefore the Strategic IT DDS is close and should not be appeared with in your organization.

  Additionally you publicly shared my personal information without my permission witch is a violation of Data Privacy.
