            On Aug Thursday August 4th, 2022 I spoke to ****** to schedule an appointment for a Technician to repair my Whirlpool refrigerator. The refrigerator and freezer were blowing out warm air. The Technician was scheduled to come over on Saturday August 6, 2022 between **** PM. The fee was $59.00 to do a diagnostic and would be applied to the cost of the repairs if I decided for the Technician to do the repairs. The Technician **** diagnosed the refrigerator with a faulty coil and hose, the cost would be $450.00 to repair. I agreed to the repairs and he said he would return on Sunday August 7, 2022. The repairs were completed. On Monday August 8, 2022 the refrigerator was making a loud knocking sound and leaking water from underneath. I called ****** on Tuesday August 9,2022 to request the Technician to repair the sounds and the leak. The Technician came on Thursday August 11, 2022 but, was not able to complete the repairs as he was not able to enter the home, my Son did not hear the doorbell. ****** called and texted me. I contacted him by apologizing for the inconvenience. He responded and said the Technician would not be able to come out again until Thursday August 25, 2022 between 12:00 and 2:00 PM. I called on Monday August 22 through August 23,2022 and I didn't receive a call back. I texted and emailed him Wed August 24, 2022 and he never responded. The refrigerator is still making loud noises and leaking. I want the company to complete the repairs and make me whole.
