This company has been informed that I am in bankruptcy proceedings and the phone number of my lawyer. And they continue to harass me and my family. According to the trustee's will, they can have problems due to the harassment. I just want them to stop harassing me and wait for the results of the court.

    Good afternoon all,

On or about 1/3/2025 our office did in fact speak with a ******* Ozoria *******, but we will withhold the phone number as we are not sure this is the right or same person. On this call ******* made no reference to any bankruptcy but did make the statement and I quote " I have contacted a lawyer so bleep off " and hung up. We have not been provided with any attorney information or any other points of contact at this time. She is free to contact our office with any further instructions or information if she so chooses. That is the only contact that we have had with a person by that name.

My vehicle was repossessed on November ******* and I had to make an appointment to get my personal property upon arrival Flying A advised ************************** (West Texas Auto Recovery) to charge me $75 CASH Only in the exact amount. Which is illegal in the state of *****. The tow company cannot charge you anything to recover your personal property in the vehicle.Texas Occupations Code 2303.155(f). The ***************************** and Regulation, which regulates tow companies, says on its website that "You may have access to your car to recover personal property. You do not have to pay a fee to do this." In addition, the tow company must allow you access to the console or glove compartment, without charge, to retrieve any identity documents, or vehicle ownership documents, which are in there. Texas Occupations Code ********.

    Good afternoon all,

Flying "A" Information Resources is not affiliated with ************************** (************************) and does not and cannot dictate their business practices. Flying "A" is not located in the State of Texas and is unaware of the statute governing tow companies in the State of *****, however, Flying "A" does know that ************************** (************************) is not a "for hire" tow company at all but is in fact a licensed recovery company which we understand is not subject to ***** Occupations Code 2303.155(f). The known industry standard is to allow an individual to redeem medication and car seats at no cost. The itemization and storage of all other items may incure fees which are at the discretion of the company(s) providing the service. None of which Flying "A" controls. Hope that helps.

Flying A Information Services ordered a wrongful repossession of my car on 1/24/24 in ******** *************. It was the PREVIOUS owner/debtor on the order to tow my car, I bought it a year and a half ago from a used car place and transferred the title and registration to my name. I got an auto loan with DCU bank and Im current on my payments. No problem, right? But NO. These idiots show up Wednesday night at 8pm, its cold dark and rainy and they put my car on a tow truck. My neighbor saw it and called me to come out, otherwise I wouldnt have known they had towed it, I would have just come out the next morning for work and panicked that it was stolen or something. Long story short, the next day I call my auto loan bank DCU and they confirm that Im current on my payments and the title is in my name now and they had nothing to do with the repossession. I call the police and they are sympathetic but they say its a civil matter and not a police matter. Fast forward about 25 phone calls to the tow truck company and Flying A Information Resourcesand they finally admit its a mistake and release the car without charging me any fees. Thankfully a friend is available to drive me 45 minutes to Providence to pick up my car before they close at 3pm. Meantime I missed a day of work dealing with this incompetent nonsense. Blinker is no better. Wouldnt they check who the CURRENT owner is before ordering a repossession?

    Good morning all,

Flying does not entirely dispute *********************** claims or comments and is genuinely empathetic to her ordeal, however, she has some details of the event incorrect. Flying "A" does not order or authorize any repossessions. It does logistically coordinate recoveries on behalf of the financial institutions that hold the liens on said collateral. In this case the previous lien holder was unaware that they had lost the lien on this vehicle either through failure of notification from the "used car place" with which it was purchased or the seller from which they had purchased it from. Once we received the first call from ******************* and notified of the possible lien loss, Flying "A" notified the previous lender and launched an immediate due diligence process and confirmed the lien loss. ******************* was contacted to arrange the return of the vehicle and it was determined that the fastest way to get her the vehicle would be her picking it up versus it be delivered as there was a shortage of man power to expedite a delivery. Let it be known that there are numerous processes in place to confirm the status of a lien but they are not infallible and again we regret this incident took place.

My father passed away left me his car as a beneficiary of that specific asset. He had accidental insurance on this vechical plus he obtained full coverage withing his auto insurance of the car. Liberty ************ down in ********** ******* has the wrong amount due for pay off they doubled the price then hired a place out of ****** that is called flying A information! Repo of cars. First off the car is in my name I don't owe a debt as secondly it was executed to me within a living will that's in court! Secondly they can't just add a lien because someone passes away unto which they have done. The supervisor at ************ named ***** states the judge has no authority into which she doesn't have to follow a order through the courts. These people are commiting fraud and scamming people that are dealing with loss of a family member within the grieving process! I asked where I should take the car (just to see where ) they won't give a address to give it up. Very unfaithful buisness working together to profit of the death of a person! It's wrong in so many ways . I want for another family to never gave the nightmare mine has with these people. They aren't even licensed to take a car in ******* or ******** . I want them stopped and to be responsible for their actions!

It looks like this woman's father passed away. Her father was a customer of the credit union. Her problem is with the credit union NOT Flying A. I have NO IDEA which account we are talking about. The account in question is NOT in the woman's name who has made the complaint. I hope this helps. I am sure she is a very nice person going through a rough time after her father has passed away. Let me know if there is anything more we cn do.

I have a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado that I'm listed as owner, financial plus cu is listed as lien holder. This company sent a fraudulent repo order to ****** towing & recovery in Florida to take my truck. They conspired with ****** ********* who is not a lien holder on my vehicle to commit larceny by conversion by taking my vehicle in order to satisfy a collection agencies debt that I had no knowledge of. Pursuant to Florida & Michigan law, no one can or has the right to repossess my vehicle unless they are listed on title as lien holder which they are not. Please see photo attached. I told this company that I have title and they told me no I don't have the title. They claim I can't have title and only had registration. I tried to tell them by law they cannot take my vehicle in order to collect a debt. They go around stealing peoples property in order to satisfy a debt but fail to file proper paperwork to have claim of lien. I had 3 heart attacks and my nitroglycerin was in truck and I am not able to have access to RX. Florida statute states before a repossession can occur they are to give me my property. Copies coming with this complaint. Allied solutions has no lien on vehicle because they never filed with the state of Michigan to have title corrected removing one lien holder and adding another lien holder. So they have no legal right, nor any legal claim to repossess a vehicle where they were not and are still not lien holder printed on title pursuant to law. They conspired with one another to take, deprive me of my personal property with out legal claim. You cannot take personal property unless you are lien holder. It's a criminal act now, and I'm filing lawsuits on all parties involved. I knew nothing about allied, flying A or Xtreme recovery. They all broke the law. Tomorrow will be a full week I've been denied access to my truck & personal property along with RX. I want my vehicle back. I even paid allied solutions & still don't have my vehicle. Lost labor..
