** October 2022. My Home Warranty gave me Absolute Comfort to replace my heating unit. I Had to give them a Cashier's check in advance for $1,485.. They sent a girl to pick up my check and I waited for an installation date. I tried calling them; however, each time I called the line was hectic. I finally left a message which was never returned. Then a few days later they called to make an appointment. I thought that they installed the proper unit until the cold weather came.I tried to use the heater and my bills were one month over $3200.00 then $400.00.. So I called another company to inspect the unit. First of all, it was not installed according to the code; secondly, they left the old heater and blowier motor in the ceiling of my garage. It is going to cost me about $8,000.00 to correct the problem.I have contacted the ***************** once before about their work.

Our AC has broken down so we contacted our home warranty, ****************************, so they could send someone to inspect it. We called them July 11th and they assigned us with a contractor, Absolute Comfort LLC, that same day. They came on July 13th and they gave us a diagnostic that there was something wrong with the condenser. The warranty had to order the parts and in the mean time while we wait for the part to come in we asked if they could provide us with a portable ac since we have a baby and a 2 seniors. They told us they can only give us $150 so we can buy one and the cheapest one we found was 300. Even with the portable ac it is still 90 degrees inside. We bought extra fans and used our swamp cooler so it can cool the house down more but it still wasn't enough. The part was ready since July 19th. They told us that we had to contact our contractor so we can schedule an appointment to get the part installed. We have called them everyday all day and no one answers it just rings. We told the warranty that no one is answering and they said that we have to wait a day and if no one answers they will send a new contractor. They even tried calling the contractor and no one answers. Yesterday (7/21) we told them if they can send a new one and they told me no and that we have to get an appointment with our current contractor. How are we supposed to set an appointment if no one answers?! How long do we have to wait and keep calling until we get an answer?! I have a baby and 2 seniors at the house and it is the middle of summer. The house gets up to 98 degrees during the day. I would really like some help to get this resolved before something bad happens to my family. Thank you.

On June 13, 2022, Absolute Comfort, LLC ("Absolute") Technician Francisco, showed up to my property and diagnosed that I needed a new A/C unit . **************************** ("****") agreed and ordered a new unit for my home and put the purchase order (P.O.") in Absolute Comfort's name. When I called Absolute, the receptionist could not find the P.O. and said the **** had not sent it over yet. I informed her that I previously spoke to **** and it was ordered, the PO sent to Absolute and that the unit was ready. She looked again, found the PO and confirmed the unit was ready. She offered the installation date ("Appt.") of 6/21 between 8am and 11am. I agreed. She asked that the fee of $650 be sent via "*****" or she would send someone to my home to pick up a cashier's check. I asked for an invoice and she said she would provide a receipt after the fee was received and paid in full. I told her I was not comfortable with that and needed some kind of document so I had a record of payment and she said that Absolute does not do that. I told her to keep the Appt. and I would speak to ****. **** rep put me on hold, told me he spoke to Absolute and confirmed the tech would show up for the appt, he would provide an invoice, I would pay the fee and then the tech would begin the installation of my unit. When the appt day came, at 9:57 am, I received a text message that I did not pay the fee so Absolute was cancelling the appt and I needed to pay and reschedule. I have tried to contact Absolute via text and phone calls and Absolute has not contacted me. I have called over 20 times to **** and they have tried to contact Absolute and Absolute has not answered the phone nor returned any phone calls. It is now 1 week after Absolute confirmed receiving my unit and still has not contacted me to install the unit and **** will not assign another company to my order. I have 5 children from 4 years old to 15 years old with no a/c in their room in the Las Vegas heat and its over 100.
