    I called the ******** Service Agent on Saturday, 7/1/23. I was misled into purchasing an upgrade to Platinum based on discounted Hotel Room Exchanges. I had this option available to me and was about to enter the credit card information for the exchange when I remembered what the agent told me, went to get my credit card, and complete the upgrade. Once I completed the upgrade, my previous deposits were no longer there to complete the exchange like they were minutes before I upgraded.1. Upon my call to ******** Service today, I was told that was never an option. It was all weekend until I decided to purchase the obviously unnecessary upgrade. Three people were unable to help me, but either disconnected the call or forwarded me to people to could not help me (multiple times).2. I asked for them to make good on what appeared to be a glitch - "not possible". I then asked for a refund of the Platinum upgrade I was duped into purchasing and was told all purchases were final.3. I feel that I have deliberately been misled into donating two exchanges that I now cannot use (I went into great detail on the 2nd on the phone), wasting maintenance fees because there are never any exchanges I can use when I need to (except once in ******* before the pandemic), and duped into purchasing an upgrade that was obviously not useable by me. The agent should have been more transparent.

    On Wednesday, July 12, 2023, Interval International was able to speak with ****************************** to discuss the concerns mentioned on the Better Business Bureau Complaint.  Interval apologized for any website issues or glitches that she may have experienced as well as the service she was provided when she called in.  Interval provided recommendations and explanations of services, benefits and programs and offered some solutions.  *********************** requested a refund to be issued instead.  A refund for the Interval Platinum in the amount of USD $139.00 has been issued to her MC.

    On April 9 I saw that my primary credit card had been charged $139 for a renewed Platinum membership to Internal International. Apparently the account was set to automatic renewal and I suspect that setting was the default on the account. I called today to cancel the renewal, especially since my basic membership continues until Dec.2023. I thought I could decide then what level membership I really wanted. I spoke with two customer service agents and received an email. They refuse to refund my $139 because of the automatic renewal setting. They never emailed me telling me this charge was pending, and the renewal year doesn't begin until May. This seems extremely unreasonable. I have been a member since 2014.Thank you.*****

    I deleted my 2023 deposit with Interval.On my account it says the deposit is cancelled but actually they did not send the cancellation to ********** in ****** and my unit is still kept there by Interval.I did tens of phone calls with Interval.spoke with tens of representatives got tens of promises, but nothing has done.I am going to loose my right for 2023 vacation because of their poor preferment.***** make Shure they will do their work properly and release the holding of my unit in Clud Inn in ******.I need them to send to ******** a note of release with a copy to me ASAP.*****

    Interval International spoke to **************** on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 12:53 pm EST. We were advised by Club In, they will be returning his 2023 deposit. In Addition, a voice message was left on April 20, 2023 and again April 25, 2023 providing the information given to Interval by his home resort, Club In.
