    I used this service to connect me with an attorney and was matched. I went ahead and hired this attorney and he was unresponsive after I gave him my payment. I tried contacting Unbundled to try and verify if the attorney was legitimate but there is not customer service number or email for **********************. There is no way to contact them to find out more information about the attorney I hired through their service.

    We are reaching out in reply to the complaint that was made by *********************.

    Ginas statement is as follows: I used this service to connect me with an attorney and was matched. I went ahead and hired this attorney and he was unresponsive after I gave him my payment. I tried contacting Unbundled to try and verify if the attorney was legitimate but there is not customer service number or email for **********************. There is no way to contact them to find out more information about the attorney I hired through their service.

    Our team reached out the attorney to let him know that the client has attempted to reach him. The attorney acknowledged and stated that he would reach out. He was getting over a sickness at the time which is why he was not able to speak with the client.

    He let us know that he would reach out to the client to resolve the matter.

    Our company does everything it can to assist with communications with the attorney, but ultimately these attorneys do not work for us, and we have no authority over their actions.

    Our team reached out to the client to let her know other resources that she could use to assist in her case.

    Any additional issues or complaints should be communicated and filed directly with their attorney.

    I tried this service for one day and decided that it is not a good fit for me. I have been trying to cancel the service but they have harassed me by pressuring me to keep it. They kept me on the phone late and told me that they would only cancel the service at the end of the call. I explained to them that it was late and I needed to get my son ready for bed. They ignored me and continued to pressure me. After I hung up the phone on one salesman, a different one called to keep up the pressure. I had to hang up on him as well. My account is still not cancelled and I am stressed out.

    ******************** is correct that she has worked with us for a very short period of time. She had received four of our bankruptcy leads thus far, and had spoken with three of them, but none of them had retained her yet so she wanted to cancel because in her opinion these were "terrible leads".

    When we discussed what happened with the leads and how she was approaching assisting these clients, she informed us that one of them was actually considering hiring her services, and the others couldn't afford her services. Upon further exploration, ******************** stated that requires her bankruptcy clients to pay her full fee and filing fee up front (approximately $1500) before she would be willing to start working with them. 

    The conversation was an effort to help her understand the business model our Unbundled Attorneys employ - mainly that they allow clients to pay a smaller deposit to get started, and then make payments towards the balance. They don't file the case until the balance is paid, but by giving clients the option to get started working with them for a small amount down, the client can start working on the financial worksheets and intake forms, and have a structured payment plan towards the balance. The attorney also retains that client and secures that revenue for their firm. 

    ******************** was not receptive to any of this feedback or guidance. She just kept repeating that she needs leads "to go to her website, read about what she does and how much she charges, and if they want to hire me, they can call me then." We did our best to provide her with some insight into the best practices of the hundreds of successful Unbundled Attorneys we work with across the country, but she was not willing to receive any input or guidance and just insisted on cancelling her account, and hung up on our team. 

    Immediately after that call, since we offer a money back guarantee on our leads, we credited the balance on her account that was owed and had not yet been billed and cancelled her account. This was yesterday - 2/7/2023. ******************** apparently did not verify that her account was closed and the refund/credit was already issued that same evening, and prior to filing this complaint the following day.
