I placed an order with this company on December 15. I was sent an email telling me my item shipped there is no tracking number available. It's been almost 10 days. I have not received nothing and the company will not answer me back through email or by phone to give me my tracking number. I have sent them multiple emails. I have called them multiple times. They are doing me like everyone else on here. Says they do them scamming. I'm going to contact their state Attorney General and report them. They need to be investigated. They've been doing this way too long. They truly need to be closed down & put out of business permanently!Business response

This is a strange case. We have repeatedly emailed and replied to this customer but it seems he is not receiving our communications. I would suggest that he please check his spam folder and add ******************************** to his address book.

December 12th 2024, I purchased a product from the Brass Knuckle Company for $59.99. The item arrived and does not work. I reached out through the portal on their website twice. Have called the number provided multiple times and it goes right to voicemail. It seems like very poor customer service due to the fact I didn't receive any emails with tracking numbers or receipts.Business response

On the 21st of November 2024 I purchased two items from the brass knuckles company. I was charged $69.94, my order number is ******. I recently ordered an item from the company and have emailed them several times to get an exchange but have not been able to to get a response the product i ordered had measurements that were a significant amount below the description and therefor do not fit my hand . We have been in continuous communication with this customer. We replied to his emails on June 11th, June 20th and June 22nd. I suspect that the emails may be going to his SPAM folder. We are happy to refund or exchange any items he wishes to return. He sent several messages but did not request a return in any of his emails. I have updated his order status to RETURN PENDING and sent him return instructions via our website. If he did not get the message via email he can log in to his account on our website to see the return instructions.

This order was shipped via **** First Class mail and according to the tracking number the package is currently in transit. First class mail is not a date certain delivery service and unfortunate sometimes packages are delayed. We still expect this package to be delivered but if it is declared is lost, undeliverable or returned we will happily reship this order. I'm so sorry this customer had difficultly reaching us. I placed an order with this company and received an automated email from them advising my order was received and also observed where my card was charged. I received an email stating my order was sent 11/27/2022. Today (11-30-22), I checked the tracking via the tracking number provided and observed where it showed my order was still in *********** ************ where the company is based. The information showed a label was created but **** was still waiting on the items to ship. I should have received my order by today and its aggravating to learn my order hasnt even been mailed or even dropped off to be mailed. I sent an Email and attempted to make contact via the number provided and was unable to reach anyone with the business, only an automated message. I decided to check the company profile to see if this was an isolated incident and found that the company is one star rates and has many complaints about the shipping and/or deceitful practices including processing. Im hoping this was a mix up and the tracking information is incorrect, but without any means of actual contact even when using the avenues provided by the company, it appears integrity is unfortunately an ongoing issue with The business .Business response
