    I ordered a pair of heels with them on August 23, 2024. Unfortunately, they were too small as many others have complained about regarding this business. I immediately returned the shoes and reordered the exact same shoes in a bigger size. According to their policy stated on their website a customer should be refunded within 14 business days upon recipient of the item. Supposedly, they had a glitch in their system and thats why my refund was held up. I have called, WhatsApp them and emailed them back and forth the entire month of September and October. Today is now October 17th and I have yet to receive a refund in my bank account despite the fact that they sent me an invoice as proof that they submitted the refund to my bank account since October 4, 2024. My bank disputed the transaction for me and reached out to **** caovilla and this business never even responded to my bank still to date and my bank reached out since September 15/16 to them. At this point this is fraud and I would highly recommend you NEVER shopping with this business as they are fraud. I still have no refund despite all my proof of emails, proof of them supposedly refunding me. Please take your money elsewhere as in my 34 years I have never received such fraudulent, unprofessional, incompetence from a company/business. They need to be investigated immediately and I want back every ***** that they owe me.

    I am submitting a formal complaint against **** Caovilla regarding an unresolved issue with my order (Order Number: RC-US-********). I placed this order over a month ago, and the company promised delivery within 5 days. However, the product has yet to arrive.I have contacted **** Caovillas customer service multiple times to request a refund, but each time my request has been refused, with the company claiming delays due to internal processes. I find this unacceptable as no clear solution or timeline has been provided.I am seeking your assistance in ensuring that **** Caovilla promptly issues a full refund for this undelivered product.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    This letter is in reference to the order number ********** placed on August 2 received on August 4.First and foremost, this complaint is to address how disappointed I was with my order I received. The condition of the shoes were truly unacceptable considering the amount I spent on them which was $1,163.70. Upon unboxing it was evident that the heels I received had been worn, repackaged and delivered. The heel of the shoe was falling apart and the shoe itself was dirty. Given the condition of the shoe and the brand it belongs to Ren Caovilla.Ren Caovilla failed to provide my brand new heels that was suppose to be worn for a very special event I had on the 10th of August.I hope you look into this matter and make this right because their assurance to customer quality service was not up to my standards. Ren Caovilla has been delaying to refund me back my money which they stated will be sent as soon as I return the damaged heels back to their wear house. Not only that they have failed to send me a returning label because they were on a holiday, it has been 17 days and they still haven't made an effort in sending me the returning label, in order to get my money back. I would also like to be sent a brand new pair from them in excellent condition for free, seeing as how they failed to send me what I evidently payed for and for experiencing such an inconvenience.

    The customer contacted us on 05/08/22 to inform us about the unacceptable condition of the shoes.
    The return has been authorized on 05/09/22.
    The return has been delivered on 15/09/22 to our warehouse and it has been refunded on 21/09/22.
    On 02/11/22 we contacted the customer sending the refund proof.
    On 08/11/2022 we have contacted the customer providing a 20% discount code for her next online order.
