I'm ****** they over charged me for a 14 min phone call I accepted from my mom they said they would adjust the $28 hold but still charged me 26.15 and then today an operator Contacted asking if I would except the call I explained to her that the price was too high but proceeded to accept her call again gave them my card number and wasn't able to talk to my mom and they still put a $28 hold on my card and my mom wasn't on the phone.. I contacted the company and was told to call Monday morning to speak with to someone which makes no sense at all. They rip people of even GTL don't do this it's .07 to accept and .07 each min it's crazy they need to be sued how could people even get away with this. Bad business all the way around someone needs to do something about this too many complaints and nothing is being done about it.Review from Gabe L

Yes the calls are 28$ EACH. My bank put me on hold because the charges were out of the state, so after 3 more attempts of trying to stay in contact with my wife to make sure she is doing okay, i ended up paying 112$ for 4 phone calls, each about 5-7 minutes. EACH. Mentioning the bank had my account on hold over the weekend, each declined call was not going through because the account was on hold, and was being charged 44$-68$ after each attempt. That is why my bank probably put me on hold, noticing almost the theft of taking peoples hard earned money for a few limited phone calls from this company. I could have ended up paying 200$+ dollars, which i don't consider fair, but in this case my wife comes before the money. With that being said, i won't be surprised if i end up paying more in the end.
