LV TreeWorx was hired to remove and install a new irrigation system at my home. They remove rock and planted desert plants. They job was to begin the first week of June, once the were given a down payment, it took them almost two weeks before they started the job. They would schedule a time and would not show up. The process took multiple calls, message before it was completed. They only had one employee working and he was not given the right tools for the job and would ask to use a few of our tools, he used the old parts for the irrigation stating that his boss ******* Port didn't not provide him to complete the job. The irrigation they installed was leaking and they had to come back and recheck it a few days after it they said it was completed. The owner ******************* was informed of the leaks and his wife as well since she was collecting the final payment for the job and is the one that scheduled the job. The job was finalized early July, a month later from the schedule time. In October LVTreeWorx was contacted again because the leaks they said were fixed are leaking again. I have emailed, called and texted to set up an appointment for them to come and fixes what is covered by their warranty, number 11 on the invoice given to my by them. They have scheduled an appointment but the were again NO SHOW. I have again emailed and texted and still no response. Other customers need to know about them and how they are paid for a service that is not completed. Their business practices are terrible and they need to be held accountable for a service that has not been completed. I know that I not the only customer that has had issues with them. Read their reviews and you will be able to see that they don't stand behind their warranty and get paid for a job that will most likely wl not be finished.
