    I purchased a fridge on 9/29/22 from Smart Buy Appliance Outlet with an extended 5 year warranty. At the time of purchase I asked for the details of the warranty that I had purchased and was told that the info would be provided upon delivery. The warranty was never provided and all attempts to obtain this info from the owner have failed. The owner, has changed the name of his business and the address/phone listed on the internet are no longer correct. (The address and phone number listed on my receipt is ************************************************************************************** ************ The cell number for the owner is ************) I have been contacting him via his business cell phone. I have reached out to him regularly since Nov '23 when my fridge started to have issues, but he has failed to provide me with my warranty. He dodges my calls, makes up excuses, promises to follow up on this issue and get back to me, but never keeps his word. Recently, I was able to contact him and he informed me that he had never filed my warranty or anyone else's from before his business transfer from Smart Buy Appliance Outlet to whatever it is now. He said there was some error, but he would go ahead and file the warranty for me. He didn't file it and will not reply to phone calls/texts. The LED lights in my fridge don't work, it makes strange sounds and doesn't cool the food adequately, and the ice maker doesn't work. I will have to call a repairman and pay a considerably amount of money for repairs that would've been covered by the warranty I paid for but was never given, as well as forfeiting the $199 I paid for the warranty. He offered to refund me the $199, but that will not cover the repairs or protect my fridge from future breakdown over the 5 year term the warranty covered. I'm very skeptical he would actually give me the $199 back anyway since I was only able to get a hold of him and discuss the issue by calling on a friends phone whose number he didn't recognize.

    I paid for a Zline four piece appliance package which included: 48 inch cooking range, 2 rack Dishwasher, microwave, and hood. I was in the midst of building out my house and asked the manager *********************** if he could hold the product for me. ***** told me, no problem and to just call him two weeks in advance. I did call Pawel two weeks before I needed the product. I spoke with ***** who informed me he couldn't remember the order and needed time to sort it out and would call me back. ***** did not call, so I called him again he told me that he no longer carried the product I ordered. He told me that he could refund my order but charge me a restocking fee. It didn't make sense since he didn't hold the product, but I agreed. ***** said he would call me back with specifics, but never called. I became concerned as I needed the appliances and in the end purchased them from an outlet here in ******. I have tried to contact ***** to get refund and left him numerous messages. Bottomline, I paid Smart Buy Appliance Outlet $7,499 for appliances that I did not receive. I would like my money returned. Any assistance you can provide would be welcome.

    We purchased an ice maker in December of 2021 and have still not received it. In April, Pawl, or Paul, told me it was discontinued so I agreed to have him order a different model which ended up being less expensive. I have not received the replacement and have contacted him multiple times for a resolution. I would like a full refund.
