I bought a car from them and was given a disclosure on the vehicle that listed everything as satisfactory. When the car was picked up it had a check engine light on and a severe miss and low engine RPM. I had it inspected at a shop and the error indicated the car needs close the a $10,000 dollar repair, meaning the car is totaled. They were fully aware of the issue with the car and just faked the disclose and inspection reports for car. They will not take my call or return my messages I really need some help on this I am young a not able to afford another car payment.Business response

However, we understand that having the repairs completed at our facility was not your preferred course of action. In an effort to accommodate your wishes and make things right, we proposed an alternative solution of covering the cost of any required parts so that you could complete the repairs yourself. Please know that we made this offer in good faith, striving to go above and beyond in extending assistance to the best of our abilities given the circumstances. I am rejecting this response because:
They didnt respond in a timely manner. Once received the car they drive the car over 2000 miles causing severe engine damage, then they filed false insurance claims against the warranty on the car. After 2 months I forced the mechanic shop to give me the car back. Then they shorted me several parts to complete the repair. The DVM found that they had violated several laws with the sale of this car. Please feel free to give me a call about this matter. The dealership bought the car from an auction at which time they were informed of the mechanical problem yet the failed to disclose this to me as the buyer

We have thoroughly reviewed the complaint submitted by the customer and respectfully disagree with their characterization of the events that transpired. Our dealer has provided extensive documentation clearly demonstrating that a binding agreement was mutually entered into by both parties. The customer willingly signed all relevant contracts after having had sufficient time to review the terms and ask any clarifying questions. Our representatives took great care to fully explain the provisions of the agreement and ensure the customer understood their rights and obligations before finalizing the transaction.
Once the customer raised concerns, our dealer made every reasonable effort to work with them in good faith to find an acceptable resolution. While there was a delay in our official response to the Better Business Bureau filing, we maintained open lines of communication with the customer throughout the process via both email and telephone in an attempt to address the issues directly. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction, so we sincerely regret that the customer feels their experience fell short of those standards in this case. After careful consideration though, we stand behind the propriety and integrity of our dealer's actions in this matter.Business response

I purchased a 2010 ***** 6 on December 13,2023 and everything was fine took it for a test drive drove good a day letter my engine light and AT light was on and it wasnt driving properly, took it to them about for times to fix the problem because I wasnt able to get to work due to the car not being safe to drive was late on my payment due to the car breaking down on the freeway and had to pay to get towed on Jan 31, 2024 they finally answered there phone and told me to bring the car on February 1 I get a call from the dealer stating I never made a payment and that they keeping the car I called the loan place and I was advised that the dealer requested a repo and that the car is going up for resale and I cant get none of the money backBusiness response

On June 10th 2023 I bought a used 2018 ****** CHR from international auto sales. I was told the vehicle had been thoroughly checked, and had no mechanical issues. When the vehicle started and indicated that maintenance is required.. I was told by international auto sales that they would repair this. I have contacted them several times about getting this repaired. On June 27 2023 they schedule an appointment for the repair. The mechanic doing the repair so they needed to order parts and that international auto sales would get back to me that day about when to bring it back in. I did not hear back from them on June 29. I text them and they said they would call me early in the week and let me know when to bring it back. Today is July 6, and they still have not called me back. On July 5 2023 I was driving the car to work, and the transmission went out. I had it towed to a mechanic who confirmed it was the transmission that went out. The estimate for the repair is $10113.14. The mechanic told me the transmission had to of been going out that theres no way they wouldve known at the dealership. I called international auto sales because it had not even been 30 days. I explained what happened and the person I talk to so they had to talk to their manager and would call me back. I did not receive a callback. I called them back again at 6:10 PM, no answer, I left a message. I called again July 7 2023 at 10:00am, no answer.
