    On July 4th I ordered wholesale items from company, they shipped wrong and missing items. It cost me $798 .34 with shipping, invoice #*******. They said via email that the manager would get back to me but I haven't heard anything.

    I purchased supplies totaling $525.30 on 4/28/2023. On 5/1/2023 I sent $525.30 via zelle in relation to the invoiced order *******. I'm an FBA seller on Amazon and Amazon requested the size and shipping weight of the product. So I requested this information from Vegas Wholesale, the supplier for over 6 days without response. The supplier is the only person that could provide me this information to sell on Amazon. On May 4, 2023 when I was not receiving any response to my emails, text or phone calls I requested refund as I would NOT be able to sell the product on Amazon. On May 19, 2023 I was advised that the REFUND WAS SENT and checked my mail daily for receipt. On May 31, 2023 I still HAVE NOT received the payment. On June 1, 2023 I advised the support team via the following email *************************************** my only mode of communication - that I did NOT receive the refund and asked that a stop payment and reissue check be processed. On June 23, 2023 the support team advised that it was resent to the payment department to be reissued. I asked for copy of the prior payment sent and again no response. It's now August 21, ************************************************** reissued payment. I have sent over 20 emails, couple of text messages and made multiple un-answered phone calls pleading for my refund to no avail. The attached documents shows my multiple attempts to resolve this matter. Please advise how BBB can assist me in securing my refund where if paid Vegas Wholesale $525.30 and received nothing in return! ***********************************

    I bought 4 products from Vegas Wholesale LLC for $2,658.46 dollars on May 23. They sent me details for all 4 products and labels to ship it to amazon. I said instead, I want it sent to a prep centre so they can prep it for me and they made me pay an extra $274 in shipping. In our conversations over email, they would give me vague responses and fail to ship the products till June 12,2023.At this point, I felt very uncomfortable and asked for a refund. They started making many excuses to delay time during the refund process. However they refunded $ ******* on July 3, 2023. They still owe me the balance of $ ******. I sent them a number of emails and asked to refund the balance but they are not responding. It is therefore requested that please help me to get the balance of $ ******.Thank you in advance for your help. I look forward to hearing from you
