Speedy Net Loan somehow obtained my email address and are constantly sending me emails stating that I am approved for a loan that I did not apply for as well as asking for my personal information. No matter the many attempts to opt out or block the sender, I am still receiving emails which seem to be from different email addresses. A lot of times the email is CC to another email account with my first name and posing as me as if I am sending the emails to myself and have created another email account. I received more than 5 emails a day for 2 years now and each email is from a different email sender where many of these emails are from outside of the ***. All emails are phishing attempts that are fraud, and I have reported them to the **** ************************ and phishing-*******************

Like others who have complained here, I get constant emails from SpeedyNetLoan via something called "Saturn Publishing" which is not a real business, and has a fake address. I would like the spam email to stop.

I have never applied or contacted this company for any of their many services. . They did a hard inquiry on my credit report when calling g to clear up the matter they stated my information was used to apply for a loan with them . But then when I stated I was a victim of identity fraud as well as part of a data breach settlement and was not the one who applied for the loan the y said there was nothing they could do that they didn't even issue loans they were an agency who could assist me with funding a loan . I have no idea why they cant remove the info or why they can't directly tell me where it came from

    Hello Davian,

    Thank you for your message.

SpeedyNetLoan.com does not call or send direct communication to users regarding loans or loan approvals.  SpeedyNetLoan.com is also not a lender, does not pull credit reports, and does not directly provide users with funds or loan.

The activity youve described is a scam known to target legitimate service companies and has no relation or affiliation with SpeedyNetLoan.com. SpeedyNetLoan.com has placed a security alert on its home page warning users of such activities.

We recommend that you disregard and cease all communication with companies or groups of people that contact you pertaining to loans.

To avoid becoming a victim of fraud, it is good practice to question and be suspicious of any company that requests anything up front, including online banking details or payment, in exchange for a loan.

    Sincerely,

    SpeedyNetLoan.com Support Team
