    I purchased my ***** at the ***** dealership here in Pahrump. On the day of my purchase I was promised free car washes as long as I own my car. Went there today to wash my car as I do weekly they refused the free car wash. They told me my car had to be worked on recently or a recent purchase. I told them about 5 years ago they put in $1,000 battery in my ***** Cruze that was not good enough. This is one of their sales techniques which now they have decided to stop. This is not what they told me and many others here in Pahrump when they purchase their vehicles. I hate being lied to!!!

    Hello, The Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza has never had any type of contract offering Free Carwashes for life. However, if a Customer purchased their vehicle with us or have recently serviced their vehicle, we have allowed them to utilize our carwash. This is only if they are washing the vehicle that was purchased with us or recently serviced with us. Unfortunately, there have too many cases where people are bringing vehicles that have not been purchased or recently serviced with us and have been abusing this. At the request of our loyal patrons, we have been monitoring and mitigating this abuse. I'm not sure where ******* falls into this? If he is in fact trying to wash a vehicle that was purchased through us, he may do so, providing he can provide proof that it was purchased or serviced within a reasonable amount of time. We do not allow vehicles, not purchased or serviced with us. If there has been some sort of miscommunication with *******, he may reach me directly  at ************. *****************, General Manager

    Close to a year now we have taken our car in to be fixed they have tried and after 4-5 attempts they cannot figure it out we were told no more parts would be added, we also contacted gmc info was sent to them as well and they have not done anything right now we have poor communication and nothing getting done with my vehicle and now we have added more miles so now we are really not getting any help we do have warranty. Gmc and pahrump valley auto isnt helping us and yeah we were told to go to Vegas dealership we are not doing that so they can make this take longer and like I said this info was sent to gmc not happy.

    Good afternoon my name is *************************** Service Manager at Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza. ******************* has purchased a 2021 GMC Acadia from us and does bring her vehicle in for maintenance and repairs. She has a very intermittent- non safety related concern regarding a shudder while driving at times with cruise control on. No codes present in system and no check engine light present and never has been present for this particular concern. We have performed repairs based on customers concern and have done so thru her GM warranty and her Extended warranty. She still says concern is present in vehicle and we here at Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza can't duplicate concern after our repairs were performed. She has contacted ************** herself and has agreed to take to Autonation GMC for a 2nd opinion. She had made the appointment and dropped vehicle off there on March 4th and picked up on March 23rd. They were also unable to duplicate her concern. All repairs have been at no cost to customer from the **********************. In these situations, sometimes the condition or concern has to get worse or happen more frequently and or turn on a check engine light or (mil) indicating there is a concern and a code will be present for use to pursue. In the event that happens Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza will be more than happy to look at it at no cost to customer and if not covered under her extended warranty we will seek assistance from GM asking for repair or repairs to be covered at no cost because of this pre-existing concern.
