I placed an order for pajamas well in advance for Christmas, expecting them to arrive on time for the holidays. Unfortunately, as of today, the order has still not been received. When I reached out for a refund, the company insisted that I mail the package back to *****, despite the fact that their own website clearly states they will provide a shipping label for returns. This is outright misleading and burdensome for the customer. It appears to be a scam, and I strongly advise against ordering from this company. They fail to deliver on their promises and do not take responsibility for their shipping errors. ***** this company at all costs.Review from Amy L

Awful company with terrible cheap see thru pjs, paid for expedited shipping and took over 35 days. No one will respond to emails for refund. Absolutely a waste of money. Pajamas were a joke. We have family of 5 and paid over ****** but pjs were unwearable. ??Review from AJ S

******** company! First of all, pictures are misleading. Second of all, they have super slow shipping. Third of all, they tell you to contact them if you want a return, which Ive requested now four times and have heard nothing from anyone. In fact, they keep sending me an automated message on what I should do if I want to make a return, amongst a bunch of other things. It also comes from *****.Review from Tenisha R

I ordered a set of matching family pajamas on December 6, 2024. My credit card was immediately charged but I never received a confirmation email. As of today, Christmas Day, I have yet to receive my order let alone a confirmation email. Calling their customer service phone number is a complete waste of time since no one ever answers the phone. It so sad to rip off customers especially around the holiday season. Shame on you!!!!!!! I will definitely dispute the charge with my credit card company.Review from Kristen L

Fake company! Don't waste your time or money. Items are from ***** IF they even arrive. Company has no number and will not return emails. My Comfy Pajama is pure GARBAGE.Review from Erika S

I ordered nearly $500 in Christmas pajamas for my family, in late October. A month later, the shipment has not left ****. We have reached out to the company twice and both times they have responded with a tracking link that has not updated since a day after we ordered our items. I have been ordering matching pjs for the past ten years and this is the worst online ordering experience I have ever encountered.Review from Phyllis K

Be warned this company is not very customer friendly. If they send you the wrong item they refuse to pay for return shipping in order to correct their mistake. I was expected to pay for return shipping in order to get the correct item shipped out to me or to get a refund. I will never shop with this company again.
