My mom bought me some shoes for Christmas that were the wrong size. I tried to exchange the shoes for the correct size and they emailed me back saying, no they would not exchange the shoes because they were what was ordered. Which is correct but my mom bought half a size too small. The shoes were $160 and now I cant wear them. Outlawsoap sports refused to work with me at all basically telling me too bad and that she should have known the correct size before ordering the shoes. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IF IT DOESNT FIT THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE IT FOR THE CORRECT SIZE. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! I ordered a hockey jersey it arrived with a hole in the package and it was filthy with some kind of oil I told them about it they denied it basically saying I was lying I sent them pictures and they said they weren't clear they were just awful and argumentative I told them I wanted to send it back and just get a new one they ghosted me from then on I would NEVER recommend dealing with these guys they are a bad egg for sureReview from Rebecca T

0.1 STAR SCAM!!!!! I ordered shoes as a gift for my son's wedding and spent $174, my order was lost, then later told me that they didn't have his size and to select another pair of shoes from the site. At this point my gut was telling me something was wrong. Here is my experience:After not receiving my confirmation number I emailed the customer service and they told me they would look into the issue. After several hours I was sent a response saying that my order must have been lost by another department and that they would continue to look for my order and ship out my order as soon as possible. Then, my "order was found" but that they didn't have the size I needed and to choose another pair of shoes. I didn't want another shoe, so they canceled my order charging me 10% of my full purchase price. After reaching out several times to customer service about my refund, I was emailed by "customer service" saying that after reviewing the information I sent, they can't find my order and that until I can send correct proof of purchase and confirmation info with their company unfortunately I would not receive my refund. I sent copies of emails with my order #, payment confirmation, order confirmation, all correspondence details and still nothing has been resolved. This is 100% scamming!!!!Review from Oscar P

They scammed my GF out some shoes they sent me some fake shoes PATHETIC WEBSITE, Karma will get them back , I have original Nikes and compared them to the ones they sent me, night and day , total counterfeit shoesReview from Kristi B

I ordered from this company on 12/9/24, they debited me the amount of my purchase and sent a shipping notification with **** tracking. **** shows the package was never received by them and appears to be a bogus **** label. This was a Christmas gift. It is 12/21/24. The only way to contact the company is an email, I have tried that with no reply. It appears I have been scammed out of ****** plus shipping charges for mens ****** golf shoes. Merry Christmas.
