I have rented a house through Chase and have had nothing but problems with the house many things have been broken and needed repair. Getting resolution has been difficult and I've asked to speak to senior management for some rent relief and get no response. We are way over-charged but they ignore our requests for a rent adjustment. And ignore my request to speak with someone about the problems we've been having.

The repair requests were addressed in an adequate amount of time. We are unable to prevent vendor and supply delays.

Since ********************************* runs the property management division he has been speaking to upper management.

The rent amount he is paying was posted and he signed a lease to agree to pay that amount.

I moved out on August 25, 2023 and asked NV Energy to stop service on Sept 1, 2023. This did not happen because I called a scam phishing line from the number I got off Google. In October my new landlord asked why services had not been transferred over. I found out then that I had been paying the new tenants of *** ******. For 1.5 months no one contacted me or NV Energy and got energy on my dime. $130. I called Chase to let them know services would be stopped immediately and I wanted my money. They refuse to give the tenants info, or make payment. They keep trying to shift the blame. It was their tenant that lived there. no one else.

As you can see in her comments, she didn't call the power company to get her power switched out of her name. All of our properties have standing orders on them. Which means when a tenant moves out the power automatically goes into the owner's name. So we would have no way to know she didn't follow her due diligence. When she reached out and told me what happened I immediately called the power company and also explained the situation. They told me the case had already escalated from her call and that in 1 to 2 billing cycles they would get it straightened out. They assured me that they would bill our owner correctly as well as refund her. Why would we refund someone when they are already getting refunded from the company that had the billing error? I have it on my calendar to call NV Energy and figure out the final resolution in January. Which would be after the 2nd billing cycle when this is supposed to be resolved. Also, she is correct. I will not give out someone's personal information.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: the power company never refunded me. Services were received by new tenants.  They need to pay for services received. They should have confirmed service transfer. MONEY is due.

    Sincerely,

All these issues were resolved in timely manner. The heater request was just submitted last week for the heating. There was a credit give to the tenant for plumbing invoice that she paid for. The owner asked us to give her credit off next months rent.  This happen at the beginning of April.
