    In September of 2023 my daughter reached out to this business about trying to sell or trade for another costume. She had originally made this costume and offered to sell it for my daughter and make her a new costume. She sold my daughter’s costume which we were selling for $700 and kept the money. She promised to make her another costume and never did. She kept the money and never provided a replacement costume. I have correspondence between her and my daughter to support the arrangement. I have a copy of the postage of our costume we sent to the person she sold to. Now Cristina refuses to accept my calls or message me back. She continually says she’s working on the costume but never sent anything. I have asked for the money back at this time and continue to be ignored.

    I purchased a dance costume on September 21,2023. A costume was received which was used and stained. I returned to the business via tracked **** postage and it was received 9/29/23. In multiple conversations she has indicated she would make a new one and not return the money and I was supposed to have received the item by Nov 2. I filed a dispute and withdrew on her advisement she would remediate her end of the purchase. She failed to provide and since then has continued to advise she would fulfill her obligation and since 12/19/23 has failed to respond to outreaches.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I wanted to advise I finally received my item from the business. While my issue is closed I know others continue to give this individual business can it be noted her delinquency so they can make informed decisions if selecting her for a costume designer?  Regards,  ****** ****

    I entered into a contract with Cristina's Costumes for a custom dance costume on 9/23/22, she breached the contact in January 2023 when she failed to deliver the costume within the agreed upon timeline. She has failed to return my deposit and continues to promise she will return the money.
