    We recently had an experience with unknown source of smoke in our *****. Duane B****** wanted to make sure the service was thorough while also avoiding us to spend unnecessary high cost of money. together with his service technicians, they made us feel good about bringing our car to a Honda dealership. I highly recommend working with Duane, he is patient and understands the customer's needs.

    Lamar P***** at Lia Honda provided excellent service! At a recent appointment, he arranged to have a safety recall repair done even though I had only scheduled an oil change. The repair and oil change were both done in record time.

    I have been a customer at Lia Toyota Wilbraham for over 15 years and I have been very satisfied with everyone that I have in contact with. The service department has been very easy to work with. I had 4 new tires put on my Rav4 last October and since mid November I have a problem with tire light coming on and off until late December it stayed on for good. I constantly checked air pressure in each tire and then I noticed one was low. I brought it back up to where it should be and the light stayed on. I finally went back to Lia Toyota and asked them to double check the air pressure on each tire. I did this without an appointment and within a few minutes they said that one that I had a suspicion about was found to be very low on air. Cassi C******* immediately prepared a work order and the service was performed and the problem was a faulty sensor on that one tire. I was in and out within an hour for the quick repair. Thank you Cassie and everyone else that was involved.
