    I placed an order with this company for a leather jacket. I sent an email to cancel the order and told them I bought it by mistake. The company responded and said they understand mistakes happen and they will cancel my order and refund my money. After 2 weeks I didn't get a refund and they never sent me the leather jacket. I sent another email they asked for the order number and after providing the information they stopped replying. Almost 2 months have gone by now with no response no refund and they never sent me anything. All they did was take my money and stopped answering my emails. The order was placed on August 7 2024. The amount charged was $180.00

    Ordered a jacket for 145 and received a different jacket. They kept answering emails by saying I could exchange it for something I didn't want. They finally agreed to take it back and give me a refund for the jacket and return shipping. When the tracking showed the jacket had arrived back at the address they gave me they stopped email communication and never issued a refund for anything Also no phone number and I called one of the addresses listed on the website and the building administrators said the were never there

    I ordered a wool jacket for my wife for Christmas from The Leather Jacketer online. Upon receiving the jacket, the style, color, materials, and size was not as depicted in the pictures on their website. The materials used also did the match the description on their website. The jacket was way too small for my wife and she did not like it. I looked at their return policy online and I was well within the return window and the item was unused. So I reached out to their customer service. The responded promptly but were trying to convince me to exchange it for another size or a different item. I explained that I simply wanted a refund as per their return policy. After that they began responding to maybe every other email I sent and taking longer to respond while asking what was wrong with the item, how they can make it right, and still trying to convince me to exchange. After multiple emails, they agreed that if I sent the jacket back to them and provided them with a tracking number, that they would issue me a full refund that would take 5-10 business days. So I paid for return shipping via UPS, emailed them the tracking number, and even included a little note in the package that stated the order number and refund amount. The return package was delivered a month ago. After many many emails and weeks having passed, I have not received a response nor has my money been refunded. So now I am out the money I spent and the jacket. I just gave them $120 for nothing. I just want my money back and I will never ever shop with this company again. Absolutely unacceptable and honestly borderline fraud ! The Leather Jacketer should be ashamed in not just their terrible products, but the way in which they conduct business. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else who places an order with them and if it does, I hope they get sued. You have your terrible jacket, now please just give me my money back!

    Jacket was purchased from the business and the design and size does not fit the person intended for; a smaller size would be too small, and a larger size would be too big. The size selected was XL, however, the stature and body composition of the person intended do not FIT. I have tried several times to obtain information and instructions to return the Jacket for a full refund. I am continuing to get the run around about choosing a different size to exchange. Unfortunately, this style of Jacket does not physically fit from the length and the arms; a size smaller would be too tight, and a size larger would be too big; the jacket is in good condition and I just want a refund. The intentional run around from the business creates a delay nearing the 15-day threshold to qualify for a refund. The business lastly indicated that they do not refund for sizing issues, however that is not indicated in the refund policy. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.

    October 2023, I bought a **** ****** blanket jacket online. I received it and it is much too large. I don't want to exchange for a smaller size. Company sends emails repeatedly asking why I want to return it and I have told them more than once. The English grammar is also poor in the responses. I have been trying to find out how to return it for a couple weeks, and I cannot get a helpful response from them. I paid $140 for the jacket.

    I ordered a leather jacket on March 3rd(they say 4th)...I paid $140.00...as of today March 11th it still says processing. I have tried contacting them thru their contact info and sent a message on Facebook but not one response as to when it may ship or if it ever will...they have taken out my money thru ******* *********. I am wondering if this is a legit company. Thanks
