  On January 7th I went to Colonie center mall to check ****** ****** for my shoes in a different color. I bought these **** as a christmas present (I put them under my tree and didn't open them until Christmas) I didn't wear them until I purchased the **** protective spray. I sprayed them twice (drying 24 hours in between each) I've worn these shoes maybe five times. So my **** were a lil muddy and I was due to touch them up. I usually don't stop but I was having a hard day and figured why not get my shoes polished. As I walked away I got smacked in the face by the cologne of Marijuana. When I got to the super market I looked down & my shoes looked maybe a lil' white. So I went to the bathroom and tried to wash the product off. When it dried I realized they were destroyed. I returned to the mall the next day and filed a report with security. I also got security footage from ****** ****** seeing that location in the mall has no cameras. I returned back after the mall opened and the girl was not there. I asked her co workers to contact her and she didn't respond. I also got her information and reached out and was ignored. So I requested the owners contact information. I called the owner and got no answer. I left my number and stated that I would sit at his business and show everyone my shoes. He called me after 1130 pm and knows I'm in NY. After he told me about all the money and how many cars he had and that money wasn't nothing to him. He told me it was his policy for me to leave my shoes at the mall with my name and to take a picture. *there is no listed policy. No paperwork was signed or spoken waiver* I slept on it and woke up deciding against it. I call in the morning. He doesn't answer, then he text me asking who I was. I did not purchase my shoes from him. I do not trust the man. I am not the first person he had done this to. I want $120 which is retail value for my ****.

  Policy is to leave damaged **** that you claim are messed up and you’ll get Reimbursed for the damaged goods these booths are everywhere people Finesse every single day and I was in there to know if those **** were clean at my location so if she’s claiming the **** messed up drop off the old shoes and you get reimbursed for the ****

  I have already provided security camera footage and photos in text as well as ********* messaging multiple times.The owner DOES NOT live in NY he lives in California. My shoes are irreplaceable due to no longer being made and my time is being wasted because he doesn't want to be accountable. I do not need to further prove anything I need BBB to settle this complaint since the owner is going to drag this as long as possible.

  **** are not to be cleaned at sneaker booths again I don’t want to go back and forth with this I’m sorry we cannot help you if your shoes are messed up buy new ones from a ********** store
