I have been trying to get my refund from Jessie’s wig for weeks. I was allergic to the wig. They do not hold true to their return policy . I have emailed them to send me return directions but they refuse to do so. I do plan to secure a lawyer to get my refund. This is so sad . I have emails to prove that I have tried to get my refund.Review from Margo W

I ordered 3 wigs from Jessie’s Wigs WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! The wigs are NOT as advertised NOT Remy Hair, they are SYNTHETIC!!The customer service is NON existent and when I texted them that I needed 3 return address labels to return their merchandise, they have not responded back. The phone number’s on the website are not working. Now they won’t respond to my text. I texted them that I had not put their wigs on and I had not brushed them out and they were in the exact same condition that I had received them in. I really don’t expect to get my money refunded. I’m 79 years old and I forgot a lesson my parents taught me in the 1950’s always check on a business with the BBB if you have not done business with them the company before. ALWAYS CHECK WITH THE BBB! Please DO NOT make the mistake of buying from Jessie’s Wigs. I did and it was a very expensive mistake. Especially with me being 79 years old and disabled.Review from Michelle M

Hair stated it was Remy and is clearly synthetic. Looked nothing like the picture... because I brushed out the horrible looking curls I cannot return it, hairline is messed up... I am stuck with a 200.00 wig I can't wear.. they also deleted my negative review off their website.Review from Vivian E

When I received my wig color is different from picture on their site. Next day I asked for authorization and shipping address to return. I sent pictures and all. The said I can keep wig and they would refund half so I agreed I paid 134 with discount. Next day they only offered 30 refund I refused day after that 40 I refused and asked for a full refund and I will return the wig they have not responded. I did notify ****** as well. I also noticed on social media they have all comments blocked except on their website. Do not buy from this companyReview from Susan S.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. They show different wigs than what you get. I bought a wig according to the beautiful photo they show. I got a wig with wild hair total opposite of photo and impossible to wear. What horrible joke to play on women. I sent them picture and complained to no avail, They promised me a $25.00 refund for the $200.00 I paid them and i never even recieved did that. This is a bogus company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are falsely advertising. This is huge rip-off . There is no phone number or address.Review from Jean M.

I paid 149 dollars for a wig from Jessie's Wigs on Jan 18 2023 I never got the wig. I keep texting them from their website only to tell me the wig is coming but i have seen it yet or my money. I do not have 149 dollars to give no one, can you please help me.
