My daughter's car needed brakes while she was away at college. Northtown was the closest Honda dealership to her school so I called to set up an appointment. While making the appointment, I specifically told the person on the phone that since I'm an hour and a half away, I'd be paying for the repairs over the phone. When my daughter went to pick up her car, they told her she had to pay as they didn't take payments over the phone. Tried to get in touch with the manager to no avail. They held her car hostage until she paid. Being 19, she doesn't have a credit card and didn't have enough cash in her account to cover the bill. She scraped together enough cash and was able to get the car. Unethical and just very unprofessional on their part. If they had told me that they didn't accept payment over the phone....I would have gone elsewhere.Review from Jennifer K

I went in with the intention of leaving with a vehicle in which had a deal listed on THIER ******** page. I was instead told that the deal was written improperly even though it was posted a month ago & still valid for another 4 weeks. Will never shop here ever again, and would not recommend to anyone looking to not getting screwed over.Review from Mary L

When service does a multi point inspection they don’t actually check everything on that list. My car battery died a week after having service done there with a multi point inspection. The service manager there just told me it’s because “we don’t always have the time to do that.” Luckily I had ***, but I only got that because the car I bought there started shaking at a red light or stop sign. It’s because the car (with only 20k miles) had bad fuel injectors. Their used pre owned certified cars are LEMONS. I’ve taken my car there several times in the past few months, and several multi point inspections were done. NONE checked my battery and Mike G***** was NO HELP. He just said “thanks for the feedback.”
