Very horrible, bad customer service. They made my friend and I walk across the 8 lane traffic to rental company with bags in my hand dodging traffic. They Did not even offer a loaner car or ride across the street , No concern for her well-being . This is TerribleReview from Lucas S

Was very helpful but overcharged me for something that was not wrong with the vehicle. Kept making me pay for different parts when it was not even the issue in the first place . A proper diagnostic would of gave the right information but its obvious it was about money not actually solving the problem and thats wrong coming from a high end dealership that people pay top dollar to so they vehicle can be taken care of properly!!Review from Mohammad B

worst customer service and kept waiting forever when trying to finance a lease end buyout. since the car had low mileage and wanted to keep the car for myself, they showed no respect and had me wait 4-5 hours(even though i made an appoint days earlier) because they wanted to get the car back from me and can make at least $15K-18K if they sell it to another customer. I had to wait 3 more days and go back and wait and wait and finally had done. they tried to sell me the $4000 service plan which I refused and they were not happy. they treated me with no respect and gave me such a hard time and I had to take time away from my work and wasted 8 hours of time when this can be done in less than an hour since i leased it and my lease ended and i had over 800 credit score. they really wanted me to return that car and get a new lease so that they can sell the car to another customer and make thousands.
