    I've been a member of Sticker Mules brother/sister site "Stimulus" for about 2 years. They do giveaways daily, for cash, stickers, t shirts, etc. You have to either click a link to enter, share, or simply "like" the post to enter. I enter every one that pops up on a daily basis. I've won a t-shirt, and made like $20 via their referral program. Anyways, I entered one of these giveaways, I was notified that I had won $500 on an entry that had multiple winners and that i had until October 13th 2024 to redeem by following clicking a link. I tried to do that and kept being redirected orr getting an error page so I emailed Stimulus and Sticker Mule about the issue a few times, its been about 2 weeks now and still no response from their customer support or anybody at all for that matter. I have tried reaching them every method possible to simply try sending me a new link and they have remained silent. I sent them proof from the emails and screenshots of the notification I had and still nothing. i just want them to fulfill the giveaway and give me a new link to redeem the $500. I've had issues before but they answered. I adnt received a $10 payment in the mail so they said they sent out another "check", only to find out that they are literally mailing cash instead of checks. Super unsafe practice. Anyways I just want to redeem the $500. I'll attach the screenshots in here if possible.

    After a very concerning email and sms message sent from the company I decided I no longer wanted to purchase products through them and also do not want any of my artwork associated with this company. Because of that I sent an email requesting my artwork that was sent in to he turned into product, he sent back to me. I never said anything about deletion and yet the response I received from the company was that all of my artwork and my account had been deleted. Now all of that artwork is gone. When I tried to respond to tell them that is not what I wanted at all, I received a message from GMAIL stating my email could not go through which typically means the account you’re responding to has blocked you. This company does not care about its customers. It only cares about spreading the CEO’s political agenda and then deleting accounts of anyone that disagrees with him.

    purchased an order of stickers for our animal rescue. ******** **** ******* They do not stick there is no glue. Refuse to return my email even blocked me from reviewing their product. I want the money the rescue spent on stickers returned to me. I will take this as far as i have to for the principal of it. I have left reviews on social media already, they need to stop stealing peoples money with their inferior products.

    I placed an order with sticker mule for 50 clear stickers, but I received matte stickers instead. This was not what I ordered and I requested them resend the correct ones. They requested me send them “proof” that they were not clear stickers multiple times , they wanted pictures, videos , measurements , more videos. Multiple days of correspondence because they did not want to admit their mistake and hope I would just give up and deal with it. Then I go to the hospital and recovering from pneumonia finally get the time to make another video for them officially proving their error. At this point they say they are not providing a reprint anymore since it has been over a week since our last correspondence. This makes no sense, they should have reprinted it right away it’s not my fault they made me prove their mistake. Terrible customer service. So now they offer a measly $25 credit which does not cover the cost to print 50 clear stickers and so I request a refund and they deny that. I want help getting full refund for my order so I can take my business elsewhere

    I ordered buttons and stickers from Sticker Mule. Same art for both. The art proof for the buttons came through quickly and I approved immediately - it is only after you approve the art that you get the delivery date. But it was acceptable. The proof for the stickers did not come through immediately (went to spam). But I assumed it was with the above since it was the same art. When the second proof came through for the stickers I approved in order to see the shipping date on the stickers. It was after my event, so SINCE THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER, I emailed them to cancel. I have done this before successfully, since you can't get the actually delivery date until you approve. The Company apparently held the button production for the sticker approval. And said they did not get the cancellation in time. The order has also never been received - but they say they shipped it. Have tried repeatedly to get in contact with an actual person. But it is not possible. They refuse to refund the order.

    I had made my original purchase on 12/13/22. The stickers came in the incorrect sizing due to my error. I then ordered the same exact decals on 1/16/23 in larger sizes. I used the same svg uploads as the previous order. The photos with 1/4/23 are the decals from the 12/13/23 order. You can see the white part is a circle, upon receiving the decals from 1/16/23, the decal is a solid rectangle, not a circle as was uploaded into their system to place the order. I have now spent about $800 on stickers I cannot use. They are saying that my proof was approved and that they are not responsible but what I uploaded was not what I received.
