    On May 5 I placed order **** for $89 to receive a pair of hand dyed tie dye shorts from Urban Warfare NYC. I had received a sweatshirt from them in the past, so I thought they were a legitimate business. I did get a confirmation email for the order when it was placed. Their website said to expect a 3-5 week processing delay for orders at the time of the order, which later got updated to 5-6 weeks on their website. After 5 weeks I emailed to check in on the status of the order but I got no response. I have now emailed three times with no response any time, and the order has still not shipped or changed status since May 5.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Urban Warfare NYC regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I have attached the email I received saying the order had been cancelled and the cost would be refunded; however, this refund has still not been added back into my account. This leads me to believe the order was never actually refunded, and I havent received the item.

    I placed an order with Urban Warfare NYC for a crew sweatshirt back in April on 4/6/2022. The order number was ORDER #****.The item orders was for a tie dye **** sweatshirt in 'METEORITE' - hoodie + crewneck styles 1 M / crewneck. The total cost was ******, which was paid for in four installments of *****. These payments we conducted by affirm on April 16, 2022, May 2, 2022, May 16, 2022, and finally May 22,2022. All payments were made using my **** ended in 0067.My understanding was that the item would be shipped shortly after the order was made on 4/6/2022. As of today, 7/25/2022, I have not received my item.Additionally, I inquired with the company and sent multiple follow up emails to check-in on the status of my order on the following dates: 6/6/2022, 6/16/2022, and 7/20/2022.The company has failed to respond or provide the item I purchased.

    I placed an order online via the urbanwarfarenyc website for a tie dye **** jogger set in meteorite for my partner's birthday on January 2, 2022. Including taxes the total for the order was $214.43. The order was paid for by credit card. The order # was ****. I wrote the seller by email on 1/21/22 to inquire about the status of the order. She advised that there were delays obtaining the size I had ordered due to COVID supply chain issues. I received prompt communication from her at that time. We received the meteorite set sometime in February, but it was unfortunately too small. At that time, the Urbanwarfare website stated that exchanges were permitted on tie dye orders, so I wrote the seller, ***********************************, via the urbanwarfare email to request an exchange for a size XL. She responded on 3/3/22 that she "normally doesn't do exchanges" (despite website saying that she did at that time), but agreed to do so as long as I paid for shipping both ways. I responded that I was in agreement to pay for shipping both ways and requested the return address, which she provided (*********************************** **********************************************************************). I mailed the joggers back to her to exchange on 3/5 and requested an update when the exchange was ready and to invoice me for shipping. She never responded. I sent follow up emails on 4/1, 4/9, 5/6, 5/19 and 7/7 requesting updates regarding the status. Given her lack of response, I requested a full refund in the last two emails. None of my inquiries were returned. In reviewing her Etsy page since my experience, it seems she has failed to fulfill multiple parties orders (per their reviews) in 2022. I would like a refund for my order and I'd like to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
