    ******'s roofing didn't patch my flat roof properly and cover the gutters properly they did not change the wood between the roof and the gutter. I was charge $4500 to do the job and now I am looking for someone else to do it again. I was overcharged and still ******'s roofing did not do a good job

    Hello,

    We believe customer satisfaction is the most important part of running a business. However, there are times when the situation becomes impossible. We did this job exactly how we discussed with the customer and the customer got a beautiful job. Customer requested we install back gutters for free but it was clearly stated on the contract that we would only be installing front gutters. Customer claimed we didn't coat her entire roof but we  actually coated this roof twice. We offered a partial refund before completing the work as the customer was complaining about the job. The customer said that wasn't necessary and asked for me to complete the work. We continued and finished the work, customer paid us and we hadn't heard anything from her. Customer filed a complaint later without our knowledge. We offered a partial refund again but on the condition she would remove the harmful and disparaging lies she wrote in this and other reviews. She has not made an attempt to take this down of my knowledge. It is unfortunate this could not be avoided since it was easily done so when we first offered to stop the work and refund money. I feel this was done as an attempt to take advantage of a small business.

    I hired ******'s roofing to install two new roofs in late Sept 2022. He had worked on the house next door and stopped by my house and spoke to my wife, telling her he had looked at our roof and there was significant damage so he offered to patch the roof for $2400 or to replace both roofs for $8400. I called ******, the owner and told him I'd like to patch it. We scheduled for I believe the following day and then the next day he called and had to postpone. He also said the manufacture offers him a discount that he would pass on to me if I wanted to replace the roofs, so it would be only $6400. I agreed and asked him to also replace a gutter, which would bring the total to $7000. All these communications were over the phone. After a few more delays due to rain and other jobs, the work was completed, and we paid the full $7000 that day. ****** told my wife he would text the warranty and photos of the roof work later that day. Neither was sent. I then saw that they had only done one, not two roofs. So I called ****** and he apologized and they eventually came out an and did the 2nd roof. Also, have a 2-3 phone requests, he emailed photos of the roof, but not the warranty. I then spoke to him and texted him approximately 12 times asking for the warranty. He had told me over the phone both before and after the job that there was a 5 year warranty from his company and a 25 year manufacturer's warranty. When I spoke with him, he promised to email me, and one time claimed he *had* emailed it. But it was never received, and he has stopped returning my voicemails and answering my phone calls. The only thing I would like from ****** his a copy of the 5-year and 25-year warranties. Incidentally the contract we signed states "No warranty on outside awning leaks or any after market add-ons or extensions. Non transferable warranty"

    Hello, I apologize for any inconvenience this misunderstanding might have caused. We have since came to an agreement with ********************** and have sent him an email with the warranty he requested. To my knowledge he has had no leaks and the roof is in good shape. Feel free to let us know if there is any other way we can be of service.
