Appalling Experience – Discriminatory and Unprofessional Our family had an awful experience with Bold Vision Career Training in Syracuse, where a family member, experienced in home health care, attended for PCA certification. As an immigrant with limited English proficiency, she struggled with the first test but was met with zero empathy. Despite pleading for a second chance, she was immediately removed from the class and forced to wait outside, not even allowed to retrieve her belongings. She was treated in an extremely demeaning and discriminatory manner, clearly judged for her ethnicity and language skills, and was left in tears. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Elite Home Health Care partners with a training school that treats people so horribly. This is not how future caregivers should be treated, and it’s a reflection of poor judgment on their part. This kind of behavior is disgraceful, especially in a profession centered around caring for others. Bold Vision Career Training has shown they do not embody the values of respect, dignity, or compassion. If this is how they treat people in training, I can only imagine the kind of toxic culture they foster. Their lack of empathy and outright dismissal of her effort is disgusting. Someone else had a similar experience and added a review on bbb. Such a shame
