After reading the reviews below, (who bothered to write one) I can tell that Teamsom is making a habit of not standing behind their products. I bought the [#******] Tiering Bowls Fountain With LED Light 201601PT through Amazon on May 12, 2023. We decided to set it up in our living room, using purified water so as to keep the tap water from causing any calcium build up on the pump filter. After about six months, the pump stopped working. After going through all the trouble shooting tips, we sent in a fix request to Teamson. They replied as follows: "Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear that the pump of your fountain stops working. To let us assist you effectively, please kindly send us the details below: *Copy of your receipt/ screenshot of your order details" I returned an email: "As per your request, I have attached the Paid Receipt/Invoice/Delivery slip from Amazon. The exact fountain is still listed as per sale on Amazon today, so I would think you would be able to have the part/parts requested. Thank you." A short time later, I received a reply from Teamson: "Thank you for the receipt. We notice your order was fulfilled by Amazon and it has past our warranty. Normally we would be able to have our warehouse check stock and provide a quote for part that is past warranty, but we do apologize our part purchase service is temporarily suspended due to the high volume of orders at the current time. Please kindly check back with us 1-2 months later for an update if you are still interested in ordering replacement parts with us. We are sorry for the inconvenience it has caused and thank you for your understanding." (1) They gave a 30 day warranty. I could never find that on any of the paperwork I received. It took longer than 30 days to set it up in my living room. (2) The pump parts were not available for me to even purchase. To anyone doing business with them, you might end up with a $190 worthless piece of junk with no recourse to fix it!!Review from bonnie martin

we bought a waterfall for our son and wife for xmas. we have tired to talk to them and no answer. we did not get pump or tranformer we just want that and why they are not sending it. we have all the numbers on the box . we put receipt up but cant remember where we put it still looking but that is no excuse for them as they should have the order form . i think they should send it to us at no cost **** ******
