Date of Transaction: 11/26/2022 The Amount of Money you paid the business: Total for Vehicle $42,437.69 Upon going to dealerships, my father and I made our first stop at Healey Jeep looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Grand Cherokee, we were greeted by a salesman named ********, and he did not listen. As we were beyond shocked and annoyed, we left and were heading to Healey ******* and if we didnt find anything our next stop would be Healey ***** When leaving, ********************* stopped us. I expressed we were leaving because his sales consultant did not want a sale. He asked what I was looking for, I said a Certified Vehicle with the size of a Grand Cherokee. He said let me see what I can do. I repeated I wanted a Certified, he tried to tell me it didnt mean anything. However, this is when they showed how money hungry they were. They were very pushy, did not respect us, and did not listen to what I wanted, who I wanted to finance through, or the budget I had. He said give me a minute I'll bring a car from another lot. He showed up with a ******* Palisade with Certified Written Across the window, Certified Plate Frames, and Hanger in the Window, stating what was covered with a Certified Vehicle. They charged me the price of the certified vehicle (but took it away, had me buy the extended warranty that shouldve been on the vehicle at the cost they charged), did not let me purchase the vehicle at ******* where it was certified along with the Carfax they provided that stated Healey ******* at the top and the dates of certification. I complained. I spoke with the unprofessional GM at Jeep regarding this. I waited 3 months for corrections, and being 8 months pregnant. I had to continue to argue about what shouldve been resolved.I am looking to speak to the Owners of Healey, as one this was unneeded stress, hassle, and should have never been the case. Along with the poor staff and experience. *Details of Incident Attached.

On 10/13/22 I contacted Healey **** CJDR to inquire about the warranty on my vehicle because my battery died. They said to call Roadside assistance and maybe 10/18 is available to see if they can replace it. Needless to say, that was unacceptable. I had the battery replaced the following day by a local repair shop and forwarded the bill to Healey ****. and requested immediate reimbursement. Salesman ******************* called me the following morning and said that usually you have to bring it to their establishment for repair and that he would speak to the service guy to see what could be done. The only subsequent phone call that ever followed was from said salesman with him offering to sell me a new vehicle at the same price I was already paying. That actually would have harmed me as I would have lost all equity in the current vehicle which would have been transferred to them, a large part because of the very low milage on the vehicle which I disclosed. No discussion about reimbursement ensued. Never again did he respond to my voice mail or email. What's worse is that Healey staff informs me that both principal owners, ************* Healey, are unavailable via phone or email. Seems to be a poor business decision by all Healey personnel and possibly a criminal act to renege on a valid vehicle warranty, especially from a long time obviously forever lost customer.

    Better Business Bureau:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Healey Chrysler Dodge Jeep regarding complaint ID ********. I have not received any correspondence of any kind from anyone at this despicable organization. They have totally ignored a 22-year customer. I wish for there swift and total demise.
