GHS has to be the worst. I first had a car loan and quickly paid that off right off the start i was getting threatened by there staff. They took over $500 out of my bank account in monthly fees during the first month. I spoke to Jim W******, Who is the VP of operations and he told me to go * off. I opened a **** about a year ago and i shut down my card and then GHS started charging monthly fees on with that. After paying my $500 credit limit card, Ghs took out a $25 fee and never told me about it. I was "Late" on 5 months due to GHS and there scam. I have been called discrimination by there upper management including there own CEO ***** W******* They do not care about there members one bit and will scam every dim out of you. I simply want GHS to make things right and remove the FALSE credit report that was due to there mistakeBusiness response

None of the staff at GHS FCU has used vulgar language with Mr. ******. As you can see from the included email communication it is he who continues to use this language with the GHS employees. Mr. ******s credit card was shut down due to non-payment and a past due balance, he did not shut it down. Mr. ****** has received his monthly statements on his accounts and credit card; which is how he would have been informed of past due balances and late fees and charge offs that were occurring on his account and credit card. I personally have never communicated with Mr. ****** in any manner other than email. I have included those emails for your review. I have never used discriminatory language with Mr. ******. The credit reporting that has been made on Mr. ****** is correct. It is unfortunate when consumers misuse the Better Business Bureau to pressure reputable businesses into altering credit reports with inaccurate information. GHS Federal Credit Union stands firm against such tactics and remains committed to maintaining accurate credit reporting. We believe in upholding the integrity of our financial practices to protect other lenders at risk for loss from consumers who do not honor their legally binding contractual agreements. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. All this information is incorrect. I was never escorted out of the office and ***** is giving false and not the whole story. There was fraud cases back in last year and GHS said they found it to be inaccurate since its local. Even with police reports showing a house fire and getting mugged in binghamton. They then closed all card accounts for this and which i was fine with. I went in about a year or so ago to make a credit card payment ($25) and the teller said the credit card was open and i could take money out. I then told the GHS employee how this is not correct. I then asked after i make the 25 payment would i be able to take money out or do i need to wait a certain amount of days to have it marked as i did the payment. They told me since i made the payment 45 min ago i would be fine and not marked as late. A few days later i get a letter in the mail saying i have a late payment with a late fee. I went to dispute this with a witness with me who if needed can message the BBB as well. I was discrimated by the GHS employee and have been disrelated since. I simply want GHS to fix there mistake. They closed my GHS mobile app where i was unable to get statements and find out my balance. This again where GHS like to hide infomation from there members and scam them out of financials. I have been disputing this for several months and every time i go in they treat me like i am worth nothing. There is over 20 police reports with the ****** County Sherriff of reports of how GHS scamming. We also have 53 other GHS members who have went thru the same thing and willing to stand up. I was told once that my account went to collections and asked for there number and which ***** refused to give. Which violated several state laws. This is where we are currently where GHS reported false information to the credit agency and refused to admit GHS made a mistake. I am also dislexic and requested several meeting with ***** to just get my point accross and to just make an agreement both partys will agree to if its simply me paying the full balance and ***** retraining there employees when a card is shut down they dont use it or something. But ***** refused to do so. We also requested several times to speak to the attorney that represents GHS and ***** is refusing to give this information. ***** and GHS have discrimated several times and just unwilling to help. Regards, ****** ******
