I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism I received from ****** and his team! His knowledge of the mortgage process is unmatched. From start to finish ****** made the mortgage transaction seamless and always had time to answer any questions I may have had. He treated me more like a friend than a client and even came to my closing! Thank you for making my mortgage as easy as you did!

****** was not upfront with requirements, informed him I did not want a hard pull on my credit until we had worked through discussing the bridge loan to rehab 2 homes.Pulled credit anyway, then tells me I need ****** in the bank to complete the loan...WTF, that's why I am getting a loan.... I have already put 1****** in the 2 homes and needed funding to finish them... Nope, pulled my credit then days oh, you need ****** in the bank ..... Thanks for the hard pull instead of telling me in advance I needed ****** in the bank.... I have the money in 150 lbs of silver I have collected over 20 years.... But no, obviously that doesn't count for them...Wasted my time, hard pull, all could have been avoided if it was explained in the beginning, when I said, do not do a hard pull until we get details worked out... What a joke, explain to your customers the expectation before wasting their time...

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. My husband and I had been working with **** for over a year while we were searching for our first home. **** was wonderful in the beginning, attentive to all of our texts and calls and always on top of immediately sending us a pre-approval letter when putting a bid on a home.When we did finally find our home and our offer was accepted she became hard to get a hold of and reluctant to lock us into a rate. We fully executed contracts on our home in the beginning of September and **** refused to lock us into a rate, always coming up with excuses such as, the "rates are going to come down," "Friday isn't a good day to lock in lets check on monday" then monday would come and it would be crickets on her end, not able to get in touch with her. The rates in September according to **** were 5.75%. Eventually come NOVEMBER after telling her that we were looking for other lenders, she finally became super responsive and decided that she could lock us in at a laughable 7.50%. We hired a new lender at ***** ***** who we were able to switch to immediately and two weeks later we just closed on our home at a rate of 5.75%. While in the process of letting Jet Direct know that we would not be using their services , ****'s im guessing Boss had the audacity to call my husband and I and leave my husband a threatening voice message of how we should not leave Jet Direct as our lender because we would loose our home as we would not be able to close in time. I believe this company tried to take advantage of my husband and I as we are novice home buyers and we mistakenly put our trust in them. Luckily for my husband and I we aren't as naive as Jet Direct would have hoped and they certainly were not able to take advantage of us. We were able to successfully switch lenders and two weeks later close on our first home with a reasonable rate.

A very good mortgage company for middle income people they will do they can to help secure the loan you are asking for.
