    ******** customer service!! I bought two storm doors and within a week one storm door bent and wont close and now the other is falling off its hinges after a month. I was told that someone would reach out to me regarding the storm door thats falling off its hinges and no one has. I called today to speak to our sales rep ***** from ************* location only for her to get nasty with me and hang up in my face!!! This is the worst service ever. Basically they sold the doors took our money and now they dont care to rectify anything.

    Not sure who is at fault, but suspect WindowRama of Orange, Ct. My contractor bought an ******** sliding glass door from them to replace worn out door in my house. It was not the model specified, but was assured by contractor that it was the same as the model I requested. I then contacted WindowRama Orange Ct rep and was told the model delivered to me and installed was discontinued. I confronted contractor about this, and said I wanted the model he specified to me, not a discontinued model. He said he was told it was the same model. I did not believe him and fired him. He removed the installed door. He then attempted to get money back from WindowRama but was refused. He is now out the money he paid WindowRama. I then get a second email from a different WindowRama rep claiming that first email from first rep about door was incorrect - the model was NOT discontinued. So now I don't know who to believe from WindowRama. I'd hate to think I fired my contractor (who seemed to be a straight-up guy and who had done great work prior to the door installation) for a mistake made by WindowRama Orange Ct--who then compounded the error by refusing to come clean about their mistake. So my ex-contractor is out money from WindowRama Orange Ct and I have a hole in my wall.

    The door was not discontinued and our customer got the exact door he ordered for his client. The end user called a different location and however he described the door led the salesman to tell him the door was discontinued. If **************** had not insisted the contractor remove the door immediately, we could've rectified the situation reasonably quickly without having the end user with a hole in his house. **************** need not worry about the contractor, our customer, as he is returning the door to us and we are giving him a full refund

    Big mistake to work with this company. We started our job over 8 months ago for a few replacement windows, and are done now due to their delays. First they didn't put the orders in in a timely manner, making plenty of excuses along the way. Then, when the orders did come in they made an error, and tried to shrug it off as if it was no big deal. We had to wait longer due to their error and they gave us a minuscule discount. Then, when they finally finished, they hounded us incessantly to finish up payment as we wanted time to meticulously scour the bill they sent for any wrong or misleading charges, as they had been nickle and diming us all along. They went so far as to show up at our door requesting we finish our payment. Would never recommend this company. Scammers.

    Customer sent same review to Yelp. Here was our response:We're sorry you weren't 100% satisfied with your experience. We sincerely apologize for our error on your trapezoid window that delayed your project, however we did offer to compensate you $1,800.00 for our error. Our Project Manager indicated that you were happy with the installation.. Since we didn't hear from you after reaching out several times with no response, our project manager decided to stop by since he was in the area. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please call our customer service manager at ************, ext. 2176

    Your money would be better spent elsewhere. Firstly, ******** products are c*** Corners are horrible. Sliding door is VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN - even with tweaking, silicone applications, etc. Second problem with ******** sliding doors 200 series - $5,000 doors that ****. IF there were a $900 ********** door - you can say that you get what you pay for... but this is highway robbery. As for WindowRama - beware of slick salespeople you first meet. They will promise the world, and not deliver. Very disappointed with the salesperson... although the installer is a very nice man - but his work is mediocre at best. Don't count on perfection... and what should have taken a couple of hours has taken all day. They send ONE Installer for a 2 man job. On a positive note, the supervisor stopped by - although there is nothing that can be done about ********** inferior quality workmanship and the fact their doors are very difficult to open. A 6 year old child cannot slide the door open or closed - and it is even difficult for some teenagers to open & close as well. We were better off with the old wood/clad door - 15 years old but easy to open/close.

    We went to the customer's house on Tuesday 11/21. We made some adjustments to the door to make it easier to open & close.. I'm told the customer was happy with the adjustments and signed the completion form. We consider this issue resolved

    Window rama is literally is killing our household. 3 months now with units that don't fit, missing components, attempting to fit units that aren't engineered to work, and me having to supervise there installers on how to properly flash. You would have to be stoned or stupid to do business with these people. We are moving forward with a full scale lawsuit.........

    We are working diligently to take care of all the customer's issues. We still have a couple of outstanding problems thar need to be corrected. Our Director of Operations for the **************** has been in contact with ******************** to work out the timeframe to make corrections. Due to supply chain disruptions the time it has taken us to finish this project has gone past what we had hoped.

    We had a very bad experience with WindowRama in ***********. Their installers were excellent, and the product quality good - but their "administrative" people are seriously nasty and sleazy. One of them even showed up unannounced at our home to berate and harass **, and would not leave until we threatened to call the police - then he continued to harass ** by phone. Very very bad company.

    Had my front door installed by window ****. They have been at my house 7 times in less than 2 years . They installed an adjustable striker that is the easy way out and It kept loosening up they then told my wife how to correct it , which Is unacceptable!!! Also ordered an electronic key pad and It failed after 2 weeks. The last time they were there they installed longer screws . And guess what It loosened once again!!!! Then last but not least my hinge fell off yes my hinge that holds the door on. After each time It happened it was lmpossble to get a hold of anyone . Had to go to the store and basically throw a tantrum for anyone to listen to me !!! They on me again came out And now put longer screws in the hinge which should have been do me day one . I would never use them again for anything and not once was l offered any sort of compensation.

    In the summer of 2022 we decided to work with WindowRama over several other companies to install a new front door because of what we thought was client service and providing an excellent product unfortunately that has not been the case. In August they came out ofr the install asked me if the doors looked like the doors I ordered and they went on installing upon completion of the install I began to notice countless issues with the integrity of the door from the glass, to chip door pieces and several other matters. When I asked the installers why you didnt notice these issues they didnt have a response and immediately called their boss who basically told me we have a great door ******* that will make it look brand new. I shook my head and said no thats not what I paid for you basically are slapping lipstick on a pig and calling it a brand new door. The Company came out and made the cosmetic changes to the door as is their policy and only for ** to find further issues with the glass and that that door was incorrectly installed as the door was not sealed properly and has allowed free following air in the house. Not one person from management has attempted to speak with me as they have only their staff members as I have tried countless times to speak with someone who actually can make a decision but they continue to be cowards. I have requested the recorded phone calls from them and I have yet to receive them as well. If I could this wouldnt even receive a star rating.... I would caution anyone who attempts to buy from windowrama.

    We live in Oregon. My daughter attends college at a University here on the West Coast. On 10/24/2022, they took $999.40 out of her account. They refuse to discuss it with me. I've called and been transferred twice only to get ****** voice-mail. When contacted by the fraud department of our bank, they provided a 'sample invoice' which included sales tax (which we don't have in Oregon), not to mention they don't even service anywhere other than the East Coast. I have a copy of the fake 'sample' invoice provided to my bank and need help resolving this issue. It's very obvious that it was is FRAUD.
