    On October 6th I made a purchase from Bazar Alhaya buying multiple items from them with ***** pay at a total price of $148.94 order number (*****). On October 16th I made a return request for 2 of the items totaling around $75 and the request was approved. Return shipment was sent on 10/17 with tracking number ********************** which indicates it arrived on 10/19. A refund has not been issued until this day, dispite my efforts to contact them via email and on their instagram account ************************ but with no reply.I hope you could resolve my issue, and thank you.****** *******

    I ordered 4 khimars on Bazar Al Haya website on 16th of August, I am yet to receive my order, my order number is *****. I want the order to either be delivered or they should refund my money. I tried contacting them a couple of times but to no avail, it is now 3 months and I have not yet received my order.

    I purchased 217.95$ worth of abayas from Bazar Al Haya and have been a loyal customer. I selected expeditated shipping. The package was suppose to arrive 4/21/2023 but did not. **** claimed that the package was delivered to my residence on 4/22/2023 but when I went outside to collect the package, there was nothing there. I filed a claimed with **** and the package still has not been located. I contacted Bazar Al Haya requesting a refund or a replacement be sent. They have refused completely to help in anyway and have ghosted me.

    I placed an order on their website on 3/27/23. My package arrived on 4/3/23. I decided that same day that I wanted to return the items (they were too large and I was planning on ordering in smaller sizes). Also, I didnt receive one of the items I ordered and instead received double of another item. I went on their website, they have a 15-day return policy. I tried to fill out the return form online but I was getting an error that it could not locate my order. I then emailed them to let them know and asked them how I can go about returning. I received no response. I emailed them again on 4/4/23, no response. I emailed them again on 4/5/23, no response. I also messaged them on social media on 4/5/23, no response. I emailed them again on 4/6, no response. This is unacceptable especially with a short return window. I have screenshots of all my attempts to reach out. Their lack in responding should not fall on me as a customer. I did my part in trying to reach out in a timely matter. This was my first time ordering from this company and this will be my last.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Bazar Al Haya regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The company contacted me and refunded me for only 3 items when I returned 4 total items. Please see attached correspondence. As you can tell, Im super frustrated by all this. They have not refunded me for one item which I never actually received. Instead I received double of another item I ordered (same price, just slightly different style). They are aware of this as I emailed them right when I received my order to let them know of their mixup. Regardless, I returned 4 items to them and they are only refunding me for 3 items. Im not sure what the misunderstanding is but I would like this resolved asap. Based on their reviews, this is a regular occurrence.
