I signed up for a 2-year contract (electric only) and never had any problems. In fact, I noticed the savings right away compared to National Grid. They offered me a great deal on Kilowatts used per hour and they stuck to that deal. But now after 2 years they are asking me to go green and even though I love the idea, I have read to way too many bad reviews online about going green so unfortunately, I will be going back to NG.Review from Diane D

I **** this business is a scam. I made the mistake of calling the company for information before I read the reviews. I left a message but I now get daily calls and left a message again for them to stop calling me. They continue to call daily. I would never deal with this company based on their robocall mentality.Review from Steven C

I had the same experience as ************** You call them and after a few minutes, you automatically get disconnected. I signed up for service online and after 2 months of waiting have still not been switched. When I called and finally got through, I was told I have to cancel with my old service supplier and then call them back to switch. This is contrary to what my utility company says is the procedure.Review from Susan R

I had the same experience as others have recorded: I gheld for 10 minutes and then I was hung up on with an automated "Goodbye." This happened 3 times.Also, when I signed up for City Power back in March they were supposed to transfer my account from my previous supplier and they did not do so. Terrible company. Was looking to potentially sign up with this energy supplier. Given recent review about trying to reach City Power, I tried to contact their **************** team via their phone # on their website. It rang for well over 3 minutes without anyone picking up, and then I was disconnected. Sounds like I need to look elsewhere as pricing is not always the only reason to select a vendor/supplier.Review from Harry G

Absent customer service. Received a bill today with supply charge 150% of what I've had for two years. No advance notification. Tried calling customer service 5 times; it just rings for five minutes and hangs up!! ****** even get a voicemail prompt. Same with the sales phone number.Review from Theresa K

Absolutely terrible service. Cannot get a a human at their customer service number ; I was on hold for 2 hours only to be transferred to an automated survey. The number listed on their website for sales department responds with "this number is not in service. No answer when trying to reach them via their email address.I accidentally signed up for a 12 month residential gas service; tried to contact them for some clarification and now and cannot reach anyone to cancel.
