This business is a flat out SCAM. We ordered a brute bunk bed from NationalHomeStore.com and it took nearly 6 weeks to arrive (which was the least of the problems). The bed arrived and was advertised as being fully sanded and ready for stain. There was an up-charge option for them to stain which we did. i just wanted to put it together and have it be ready. What arrived was very rough unsanded splintering lumber with sloppy stain put on it. It was completely unusable in its current state. We emailed customer service and we asked if they could give us a partial refund because I was more than capable of actually sanding and staining the wood properly. Jonah (the owner) immediately got very defensive and said he doesnt do partial refunds, we could either return for a refund or keep the bed. Luckily we kept all the packaging and opted for the return. the return process was very frustrating. Jonah needed a picture of the repackaged bed and refused to send the labels until it was packaged to his liking. I told Jonah that this was a poor way to do business and i would reach out to the BBB if he didnt send the labels. Needless to say he sent them finally and the packages are returned and the refund is on its way. i will NEVER buy anything from this company again... a warning for other consumers they have a fee websites... **************, nationalhomestore.com, and nationalfurnishing.com.

********** finest! Should have known these people are scam artists. Ordered two adult bunk beds, one queen over queen and twin xl over twin xl. I literally DID NOT receive the twin xl bunk bed, and a bunch of lumber we could have bought ourselves with no pre-drilled holes or customized to the specifications we ordered. We received a bunch of extra parts that had nothing to do with our order and basically had to build the bed from scratch ourselves. We could have bought better lumber and just done it ourselves from the get. They go by the name of NationalHomeStore.com and NationalFurnishing.com which is why it is hard for people to find them on here. Jonah is a complete jerk. Their "warehouse manager' is likely Jonah by a different name. He doesn't exist. He doesn't return calls, they are rude and they STEAL people's money when THEY can't get the order right the first time. If I was in ********, I would be paying a visit. Instead, I will be filing a credit card claim and I also intend to take them to small claims court. It isn't even about the money at this point, somebody needs to make these people go through the same frustration they make the customers go through. I'm happy to do that! I have all the evidence in the world to win this case and I will be winning.
