June 10th I had contacted Best Graphics NY Corp to order an 8ft x 3ft sign for an event hall. I am a project manager for the business owner that entrusted me with this task. The cost of the sign and materials to install came to a total of $700. After our transaction the owner of Best Graphics NY Corp named ****** assured me the the sign would placed the following day. The next day I had called to follow up and I didn't receive an answer. I've sent an email. He finally responded and had shown me a photo of what the sign would look like and I had approved of the outcome via picture messaging. There after he had ghosted me for a while, going on weeks. So, I had shown up to the business in person and I had seen our sign in the printer but no one was availabe to assist me. According to the other businesses with in the plaza, they are never really in their part of the plaza. They are barely seen. So I had continued to call. After sometime Hectors ("said girlfriend") reached out to me and assured me that he was not ignoring my calls or text he was placing a sign for other businesses. Then days later I was told he was in the hospital and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. I had asked for a refund from her and she says it would have to be from ******. Currently it is the end of June (June 27th to be exact) and I don't have a sign or a refund and I am very displeased with this. I would like other consumers to stand clear of this business for their poor business practices and con artist behavior.
