            They refused to take back a ring I purchased through their credit in store finance , even though the clerk salesperson deceived me and never showed me the application she filled it out herself and she told me things about my payments that were false and misleading which caused me financial stress and setbacks , I told her I could not afford the ring and she pressured me by lies about the amount I would be paying for the merchandise

            On 08.02.2022 I purchased a Rolex datejust watch at M & NP Jewelry on *********************************************************** **************. I was charged $5270.00 in cash and $8230.00 on finance through the store. On 08.17.2022 I took the watch to be appraised and was told that the watch was an excellent copy but not real. They provided me with a certificate stating the above-mentioned. On that same date, I returned to the store and spoke with the owner who denied that the watch was a fraud. He insisted that the watch was an original piece and did not want to return my money. He was rude and angry.

            Hello guys good morning,first of all we sold this customer a real Rolex watch and we told him to take the watch to the real Rolex store to double check,now about two weeks later this customer came back saying he took the watch to a regular place and left the watch there for two days for them to find out if it was legit and for appraisal he also has a receipt for that so when he came back to us he brought a different watch so at this point we think he should blame him self and the people that held his watch for that long nobody takes 2 days for that if they are professional they determine right there in front of the customer remember this is no cheap watch thank you
